Horrible service and they are scammers they don’t care about customers circumstances. They just want money at any cost. Never ever get close to them. Stay away !

The hotel is located in the center of Amsterdam, in an excellent location within walking distance of the Van Gogh Museum. Although the building is old, it is maintained at a basic level of cleanliness and was acceptable for the stay. However, there is no elevator, so we had to carry heavy suitcases up to the fifth floor. The staircase is very steep and narrow, which felt physically demanding and somewhat unsafe, especially for travelers with large luggage. On a positive note, the front desk staff were sincere and polite in their responses.

Location was perfect. Only issue was there was no elevators in the hotel..  rest all was very well.

Good location. Clean room Bathroom needs improve.

The room is big, we only have two people but they give three single beds.

Good environment and nice neighbourhood!

There's no elevator and the stairs are so narrow, you dread having to climb back up to a high floor. The walls are like cardboard, you can hear everything.

Excellent location, there are many shops of all kinds very close by, museums, the tram is also nearby.

The room is very large and the decoration is very cozy. There is a young man at the front desk who can speak Chinese.

There's nothing special about it except that there's no fridge.

It's just that the stairs are too narrow... there's no elevator and it's very inconvenient to go up and down. Everything else is good
