Really nice hotel with great staff and amazing service very clean and good food provided for breakfast

Great view from the rooms and from the sky bar. The hotel has a special ‘Circle’ concept which makes it special... service was good and cleanliness above average even with the word shower in the middle of the room, but I can’t stop thinking that it’s a hotel design for a specific type of crowd exactly due to that shower in the middle of the room. If you know what I mean. Nevertheless, hotel staff was extremely cordial. Food was good and it is an interesting design..

The hotel's location is just okay, but I was really disappointed with the staff's efficiency. I tried calling and messaging the front desk multiple times but got no response, so I had to go down to the first floor to find someone. I booked a king-size bed, but it turned out to be two single beds pushed together, which was a very bad experience!

its 15 minutes walk from nearest metro, and it's also difficult to get by unless u rent a bicycle. however, the price is cheap even considering its shorthands will make do if you aren't obssessed with cleanliness. The view is good too.

Didn’t stay. My flight from Curacao got delayed and I missed my flight to Amsterdam. Unfortunately couldn’t get a refund or a change of the dates for the 2 rooms I paid for. It’s Christmas and they were completely unhelpful, and this is the last thing you expect from a top hotel in the Netherlands.

A beautiful and clean hotel. The only drawback is that it's a bit far from the city center.

Upon check-in, I was presented with a completely incorrect booking form. Upon returning from an outing, I found a large amount of vomit spread across the area in front of the elevator. None of the staff bothered to clean it up, forcing approximately 20 people to walk through it, even entering an elevator that was also completely covered in vomit. The room was extremely hot. The staff member refused to explain how to operate it. It was only after I persistently insisted that a manager was finally called. The service at this hotel is truly abysmal.

The hotel was clean, beautiful and comfortable. Good location and everything worked well. I had a pleasant stay.

Really weird designed building and room but I loved it! Had to take the picture for it haha. There is kfc and burgerking across the road.
