Hotel was generally okay. Staff was generally okay, though a few were reluctant to serve me and my group. Room wise was decent. Good view and true to what was described. Room was clean and well kept. A few downsides, including: - No proper cups, only disposable ones - No complementary bottled water provided - No oral amenities kit

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The facilities were well-maintained and modern, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The room was spacious, clean, and had a cozy ambiance. We especially enjoyed the food, which was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we'd highly recommend this hotel to others looking for comfort and quality service.

The hotel facilities are newer and clean. There is a fridge and minibar in the room, as well as a safe. There is a gym and sauna provided by the hotel. The view from the window is very good. The location is relatively remote, five minutes walk to the 62 bus, 10 minutes to the metro station.

Staff friendly, room was very clean, breakfast is perfect.

One of the receptionists was Very rude and unprofessional at the front desk.

Perfect hotel with all the comfort needs. Best views next to the olímpic stadium. Far from the center but perfectly connected with tram.

Seamless check in and checkout. Good location and most importantly modern and clean.

Good service and the staffs are all very friendly. Near metro station and there are buses to get to places that we want to go. Would stay here again! Oh yes, do book their jacuzzi at their latest time slot. Enjoy the jacuzzi with a night view!

the services at the reception is very good n the rooms are clean, the location is 5-10 min walk to the bus n metro station. it’s convenient to take transportation everywhere but it’s not in the central of amsterdam. u can buy toothbrushes at the machines only
