Excellent value for money! Hygiene: 5 stars Facilities: 5 stars Environment: The walls are quite thin, so even the slightest movement in the hallway is clearly audible. At night, I kept feeling like someone was entering our room, which significantly disrupted my sleep. I'm usually a deep sleeper, but I didn't get a good night's rest for two consecutive nights. I wouldn't recommend this place for light sleepers or families with children. I suggest bringing earplugs to sleep. I'd also like to suggest to Ctrip that the hotel provide earplugs in every room.

The hotel's exterior is very distinctive. The rooms have a minimalist style, and while the bed is small, it's comfortable. The View restaurant on the 17th floor is excellent, and the breakfast is abundant and delicious. Highly recommended.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's about a 10 to 15-minute metro ride from Amsterdam Central Station to the hotel's metro stop, and then just a 5-minute walk to the hotel. If you're checking out and heading to the airport, it's only a 5-minute walk from the hotel to another nearby train station, and then just two stops directly to the airport. So, whether you're going to Dam Square or the airport, it's super easy!

Cleanliness: The hygiene was a total mess; the yellow stains on the pillows hadn't even been changed. Facilities: There were creepy pictures of people printed on the headboard, which was quite unsettling. Environment: It's only comparable to a budget hotel in China. Service: My travel companion's room wasn't cleaned, and items weren't replaced. They only provided one bottle of water for two people.

Facilities: Brand new, felt great. Hygiene: Very modern. Environment: Spotless. Service: Excellent service. It's also super close to Zhongyuan Railway Station, with convenient facilities everywhere. The station is only a 500-meter walk from the hotel.

The hotel's location is fantastic, super convenient for both the train and subway stations. The facilities are also very new. The large glass windows in the restaurant offer beautiful views while dining, and the breakfast selection is so extensive that we didn't get tired of it even after three consecutive days. It was a pleasant and wonderful experience.

The design is very novel, but the foundation felt a bit unstable – check out the picture, it seemed wobbly, and I honestly hesitated to book it at first, haha. However, once I actually stayed, the 7 elevators were super fast, and the room design was very interesting. The only downside was that the room walls were all concrete... The view was excellent though; it's so hard to find a high-rise hotel in Amsterdam! Breakfast offered a much wider variety than typical 3 or 4-star hotels. The hotel is about a 30-minute walk from Amsterdam Zuid Station. I'm not sure what tracks are next to it. There's also an Upside Down Museum across the street that I didn't get a chance to visit.

What I found hardest to get used to was the minimalist concrete decor; it was just too plain. However, the hotel's location is excellent. The bus stop for Keukenhof Tulip Park is just a short walk from the building, and the metro station is right nearby. But the breakfast restaurant truly impressed me – the view was fantastic, and the breakfast itself was very good.

Great location, only a 3-minute walk from the metro. It's about a 10-15 minute taxi ride to the Old Town center, costing anywhere from 10-22 Euros depending on the time of day. The breakfast was decent, but they didn't have any cooked vegetables, only raw ones like tomatoes, cucumbers, and spinach. The bed was comfortable and came with three pillows.

A good location next to the metro, train station, tram and bus. The hotel room is very clean, wide room with nice decoration.

1. **Room:** A bit small, but perfectly adequate for one person. It had air conditioning, an electric kettle (which looked like blue and white porcelain), adjustable lighting, and more. The facilities were relatively new and well-maintained, with no hidden spots for dirt. If I indicated I didn't need my room cleaned by hanging the 'green' eco-friendly sign, they wouldn't clean it, and in return, I'd get a soft drink voucher for the bar. I used a voucher once to get a sparkling juice from the 2nd-floor bar. **Problem:** Replenishing essential supplies was inconsistent. The tissue box wasn't refilled when I checked in, with only a few tissues left. I mentioned it in the evening and again the next morning, but it wasn't until I went to the front desk a second time on the next evening that it was finally restocked. The same went for towels; I asked twice, and they still weren't changed a day later. Finally, on the third attempt at the front desk, they were replaced. This only happened when I dealt with Southeast Asian front desk staff; when I spoke to European staff, replacements arrived within 10 minutes. Towels and bathrobes also had to be requested; if you didn't ask, you wouldn't get them. The provided bedding, towels, and bathrobes were all quite old, not bright white, and not starched. 2. **Breakfast:** The food was plentiful, the service warm, and food items were refilled promptly, as were used dishes cleared away quickly. Again, the Southeast Asian staff weren't as enthusiastic and didn't greet me as readily, whereas the European staff were equally pleasant to everyone. The restaurant is on the 17th floor with great views. It's quite large, beautifully decorated, and has two serving stations, which is very convenient. There are also two large outdoor terraces perfect for enjoying the view or dining al fresco. On my check-out day, after breakfast, I bid farewell to the European staff, and they even gave me a special hotel lollipop, saying they hoped I'd visit again. 3. The second floor has a lovely, comfortable lounge area and a bar with a somewhat 'creative/cultural' aesthetic in its decor. 4. In spring, there's a direct bus to Keukenhof from the bus plaza below the hotel. You can buy round-trip tickets online. If you're staying at or near the hotel, you can take the bus directly, saving you a trip to Central Station. 5. **Transportation:** There are several train, metro, and bus options nearby. Given how punctual public transport is in the Netherlands, it's very easy to plan your sightseeing. All stations are within a few minutes' walk. 6. **Supermarket and Restaurants:** There's a Dirk supermarket a few minutes away. Near the hotel, there are various restaurants, including Western options like Italian, and Southeast Asian cuisine.

The hotel has a great location, excellent facilities and services, and beautiful views. It's also very close to the metro and train, which is super convenient! Even though it's not in the city center, it's only a 10-15 minute metro ride from Central Station, and just a 3-4 minute walk straight from the metro exit. Plus, the bus to the tulip exhibition is right at the metro exit, making it incredibly easy to get around!

enjoyed my stay here so much! located in a really convenient area, and the place is absolutely adorable. got free candy, drinks and flowers during easter. 10/10 would recommend this place when visiting Amsterdam.

The location is great. Not too far away from city centre and it’s quiet. The staff are friendly, but we didn’t got our room cleaned for 2 days, and the ceiling was quite old, quite disappointed with that. But overall, the design is great.
