Perfect choice for a quick 2-day trip! The cubes are very small—best just for sleeping, and I wouldn't stay longer than a week—but it was the best value around. Everything was clean, staff was friendly, and despite shared bathrooms for the floor, there was never a queue. Best of all, the location is unbeatable right next to the central station and city center, so everything is fully walkable!

I like this hotel to stay. I loved their cleanliness, friendly staff, location. Everything was clean and tidy as expected. It was a cube , so we enjoy this stay. Most importantly the location was great. From central station only 4/5 minutes walk and all attractions also nearby. Thank you all for this great service.

Place was so good: perfect location, great beds, lovely staff upstairs. Decent drinks and coffee and pastries. We sadly didn’t eat in the Mexican restaurant they had but it looked great. I’d stay again if I could. It’s so central. Brilliant hostel

The hotel entrance is tiny, and you have to walk through a bar to get to the even tinier elevator. The room itself was also very small. Of course, it's good value for the price, and they even provided two complimentary bottles of water. The shared bathrooms were quite clean, regularly maintained, and had no unpleasant smells. It's small but has everything you need. If you're planning on staying in a hostel, this is a good option. However, if you have a suitcase, I strongly advise against staying here; it's simply too cramped, and you won't even be able to open your luggage. It's definitely more suited for backpackers.

Our experience was very good. The biggest highlight is, without a doubt, the location. It's very close to the Central Station, and you can walk to all the main attractions in central Amsterdam, which made the trip much more convenient. The service was also excellent. The staff were very attentive, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. The room is indeed small. There isn't much space for two people to get ready at the same time, and we ended up using the corridor to open our suitcases. However, this wasn't an issue for us, as the purpose of the trip was to enjoy the city. We only used the hostel to shower, get ready, and sleep. Therefore, I consider it excellent value for money for anyone planning to spend the day exploring Amsterdam and looking for well-located, clean accommodation with good service and comfort for resting at the end of the day. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place but little airflow in the room. The size of the room is a little confronting but cosy as well.

Probably the best hostel I have stayed at. Showers and bathroom were clean and the rooms were a major step up from most hostel beds. Clean and quiet and perfect for the price especially if you can get a canal cube

No contact with anyone you self check in and out and no shared area… bathrooms are shared between gender and are quite small. There is a bar under the hostel therefore if your cube is in the first floor you will hear the music. Not loud but still… there was AC however the temperature in the cube was still quite hot!

This was the first time I was in a hostel of this style and it was perfect for my needs - a place to sleep close to the train station, but it was very clean; the staff was very responsive and comfortable!

Welcomed on arrival, shown how to check in and we were advised of any extras. Staff very helpful and the location was brilliant! The rooms are quite small but well laid out and cosy, saying that the air conditioning was fantastic as it was 30•c when we were there. Would definitely stay again! Thank you

Yea not bad, but why on earth were the cleaners doing work at midnight? Couldn't sleep, then would begin again in the morning. The sound of slamming doors and the cleaning bags got tired p fast, and the earbuds didn't work at all to block out noise

I arrived at the hotel after 11 PM. When checking in, they initially claimed they hadn't received the room payment and asked me to pay again. I told them I had already paid, and eventually, the platform had to call the hotel reception to sort out the room payment issue. Then, I needed to pay a city tax of over 6 euros. I tried to pay by card at the front desk, but it wouldn't go through. I tried another card, still no luck. I offered to pay cash, but they said that wasn't an option either. This went on for about 40 minutes, with them repeatedly telling me that if my card wasn't working, I wouldn't be able to stay anywhere, constantly creating anxiety. Finally, they said cash was okay but they couldn't give change. I agreed and handed over a 20-euro note, as that was all I had. Then, the staff and hotel manager tried to use their mobile phones' NFC to process the city tax payment via the POS machine, and a ridiculous scene unfolded: it still wouldn't work. They eventually checked the POS machine's battery and realized it was dead! What a joke! It was their own problem, poor service, yet they blamed my card. Finally, after all that, the city tax was paid, and I checked in. The check-in process took almost an hour. But it gets even crazier: the next day, after I checked out, at 11 AM local time, the hotel, without my knowledge or permission, fraudulently charged my credit card again for the room fee that I had already paid. My card was with me; I never authorized or permitted this, yet they just illegally charged my card. Their actions are truly unbelievable. I immediately contacted the platform, and after a whole day of back and forth, the issue was finally resolved. I didn't receive the refund until two or three days after I returned to my home country! This hotel is absolutely terrible! They messed up repeatedly, offered no apology, and provided no after-sales service whatsoever! A truly awful experience!
