Nice and good to stay

Fantastic location, just across to the center of the canal jot spots. Everything is a good walk distance

I like this place. Location, Cleanliness, Services, Facilities are all good enough.

We had a pleasant stay at Park Central Amsterdam. Top location, in the centre, nearby most of the must do and see locations. The staff was friendly and we got lucky with a nice free upgrade. Great Hospitality on a top location

A good location with the great customer service!!😁 it is close to 12.17. 395 bus and trims. It is super convenient from the hotel to the center of Amsterdam. It is convenient to have a boat ride, it just cross the street from the hotel. .

The bar man is so bad person and have so bad altitude’s, the location is amazing and the roam is clean

I don't usually write reviews, but this time I really couldn't stand it anymore and had to write this to warn others. This hotel was absolutely terrible; it's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and I don't even know where to begin. I booked a deluxe double room, but they gave me one without a window—just a skylight on one wall. The room was completely different from the pictures in the description; it was pure fraud. I was staying for four nights, and as soon as I saw the room, I went back to the front desk to complain. They insisted it was the same room type, but when I showed them the booking page, they knew they were in the wrong and said they were full that day and would change it for me the next day. I asked what about this one night, as the difference was significant. They said they would refund 25% of the price difference, but I never received it when I checked out. The hotel itself was also extremely poor and not worth the price at all. The bathroom drain was clogged, the shower water was very difficult to adjust to hot or cold, and the water pressure was very low. The drain plugs in both the front and back rooms were broken, with black mold in the crevices. The carpet in the public areas was filthy, the elevator smelled of stinky feet, and the gym in the basement was dilapidated and smelled terrible. If you're drawn to the hotel's location, this one isn't particularly advantageous. While it's conveniently located near the museum, the best option for convenient transportation is actually near the train station. We took the tram to the station almost every day, and the walk to the tram stop was incredibly smelly, dirty, and chaotic. It's far better to stay in a cleaner, more secluded area. Most importantly, the service was terrible! Absolutely do not book this hotel! This is my honest opinion!
