Excellent hotel. Stylish. Very great service. Rooms are cosy but well designed

My stay was lovely, quiet hotel. Very stylish rooms. Quite dusty in parts of the room and dirty glasses but overall very clean and would recommend. Not far from city centre at all.

Great location - easy access to the entire city but away from the crush of tourists. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great food and drinks at the restaurant. Very good air conditioning - important during the heatwaves of Summer, 2026

My family and I recently stayed at the Hoxton Lloyd Amsterdam. We were on a family trip to celebrate my nephew's graduation and birthday - and this was such an amazing hotel to spend our time while in the city. The staff are all extremely helpful and willing to share their insights- especially Pablo, Afonso and Abdullah went out of their way to make sure we had plans. The room was quite spacious and beautifully designed and perfect for our family needs. The neighborhood is great on the water, with great food options within walking distance. The 26 tram is a quick 3 min walk and worked on time and totally reliable. Overall a great option to stay - highly recommend.

Great location - quiet at night but easy to access the city center via public transport. Nice room with large bathroom and very nice staff.

Great hotel nice and clean however staff member rude. All staff are very young and are clearly on a visa. Staff had attitude and would not recommend

The staff were very friendly and plentiful, though there were some odd situations—such as at breakfast, when the hostess left her post (instead of seating guests) to help someone connect a laptop, and at checkout, when the reception staff seemed to ignore the fact that we were in a rush, spending a long time talking to other guests or on the phone. Overall, the hotel is very clean and unique, the beds are super comfortable, and the bathroom is spotless; however, the breakfast was very meager, and it gave me a stomach ache every day. Drink prices at the bar were a bit high, and the hairdryer barely worked, blowing only cold air. The hotel isn't in the city center, but you can get there by tram in 7 minutes, which was easy and convenient.

10/10 We had a brilliant stay at The Hoxton Lloyd in Amsterdam. The hotel is beautiful - well presented, clean and quirky. All staff were very welcoming and friendly. We stayed in a roomy room and it was perfect. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was delicious! A great selection & really good coffee too! The location is perfect - away from the hustle and bustle but so easy to get everywhere, a tram stop is literally around the corner. On our last night we went to Amsterdam City Farm restaurant, only a few minutes walk from the hotel and I would 100% recommend. Would highly recommend this hotel.
