I booked this hotel for a concert in the same building. Unfortunately, early check-in wasn’t allowed; they insisted on a strict 15:00 check-in time. The room was quite decent for solo travellers but lacked a hairdryer and other amenities. If you’re travelling in the city centre, you’ll find better options at a similar price. However, if you’re only staying for the concert, the convenience of the location is worth it. The hotel is on the third floor and the walk up the stairs to the room was a bit of a trek but manageable. Around the hotel have lots of convenience stores to shop.

Honestly I’d have a better review if the receptionist at the start was better - he refused to look at me only my partner - I made the booking, I paid for the booking, I answered al the questions talking through my partner. It was f*%#ing ridiculous it honestly pissed me off I even said in front of this guy “I guess I’m invisible” zero anything not even a “enjoy your stay” no information, no helpful advice. The staff here need a change out. There is no good excuse to be that blatantly rude. ESPECIALLY when you’re the first person you meet walking into a hotel. Screw this place the receptionists they have had zero respect for females. Also one days we left around noon to see another receptionist straight up sleeping in his chair head back catching flies - which was kinda funny Q-Factory is a place that’s trying to do a lot at once - it would be great for musicians maybe not the female ones since the staff can’t look them in the eye

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and the location was super convenient – just a 10-minute walk to the train station or tram stop. They even have a piano in the common area for guests to play!

Overall, it's great! Very well-designed, clean, and tidy.

Somehow very loud at night. I heard nearby rooms walking / flushing toilets. Bathroom’s very dark. No hair dryer (which is ok, you have to borrow from the reception). They also offer luggage storage before/after check outs. Staff were so nice🙏

Good location, comfortable room and toilette. Unlucky there isn't a gym and the breakfast at the bar is not so large.

The hotel has a good location and the room was simple and functional. However, the soundproofing was very poor. Every time someone entered the floor and closed the main door, the noise was clearly heard inside the room and even caused the room door to shake, which was quite disturbing. Overall, the stay was acceptable for a short visit, mainly due to the location, but better sound insulation would significantly improve the experience.

Great location - short walk to the Muiderpoort station and a 5 mins train ride into Amsterdam Centraal! For the price, the accomodation was very reasonable and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. House keeping comes by everyday so you always have a clean room and towels. A fridge in the room is also very handy. Staff are there 24/7 and very helpful.  The walls are thin, so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear everything, so it could be annoying!  Overall, great stay in Amsterdam!
