Location is great but the owner should work more on the cleanliness (carpet, towels, bathroom smells)

For the price, it's ok

My room had no remote to TV, there was broken plug sockets next to bed and behind bed. Also the hair dryer wSnt working at all. I tryed to go see reception but no one was never there. I tryed to call but number wasn't recognised. I mention on departure and the guy said manager wasn't around. Would never stay there again even if it is the cheapest.

The Aston City Hotel in Amsterdam was a terrible stay and I absolutely do not recommend it! The cleanliness was poor, with multiple guests reporting bedbug bites, stained and torn sheets, and worn towels. The soundproofing was poor, with constant noise disrupting sleep. The rooms were small and sparsely furnished, with some even lacking windows and basic furniture like chairs. Worse still, the hotel lacked an elevator, making luggage handling extremely difficult, especially for guests staying on higher floors. Front desk service was inconsistent, sometimes unattended, and issues were left unresolved. While the hotel is close to the city center, the poor accommodations completely negate this advantage, making the value for money extremely poor. We strongly recommend choosing another hotel!

The location is 10 minutes to the city center and the price is very cheap.

This hotel has very poor hygiene and has some bugs biting. The soundproofing is very poor and it is very noisy. very dirty, noisy, and have some bugs biting!

Super well located accommodation, the room is quite small but delivers what is expected for the price.

The room was in poor condition, it had torn towels, the mattresses were super dirty full of stains. The toilet was terrible. If you want to save, you are only here for a few days and you don't care much about these types of things, you could accept it!

The hotel is close to the Rijksmuseum and only two stops from the Central Station by subway. It is the first time in Europe that a deposit is required upon check-in. The room is arranged on the top floor of the fifth floor. The stairs are narrow and steep, and it is difficult to carry luggage up and down. It is very hot during the day and there is no air conditioning. There is a cool breeze outside the window in the morning and evening, which is manageable. There is not even a chair in the room. The room fee is 700-800 RMB per day. It is not a waste of money to invest in adding necessary facilities.

It's close to the city center. It's separated from the brewery and there are many restaurants nearby. However, you have to pay attention when checking in because it's not in the same building, but you have to pass several shops. The room is really nice when you check it out. At first glance, the price of 4,000-5,000 for 4 nights is considered reasonable, but it’s not a loss. But next time I go to AMS, I won’t book this room again, because it’s really nice. So thin.
