A cool stylish hotel with interesting room design and the building itself. Good cosmetic facilities in the bathroom, Smeg teapot 👍, tea set, coffee. The area is beautiful, next to the Van Gogh Museum, near the channels. Enjoyable staff on the respiratory. The room was taken the simplest, but it is very nice with nice stylish details.I'll be happy to stay at this hotel!

A wonderful hotel with friendly staff, comfortable beds, soft pillows, and duvets. We stayed in room 414 with a beautiful view of the rooftops. The room included complimentary water, slippers, three towels per person, all toiletries, a hairdryer, and an iron. It was warm—the air conditioners run up to 28 degrees Celsius, which is even hot at night. We stayed at the end of December and were concerned about this.
The rooms are stylish and reasonably clean (the bed linens and towels were spotless). The breakfast is modest, but edible, and the coffee is like a coffee shop. The hotel is not located in the city center, but it's about a 10-minute tram ride, and a 5-minute walk to the stop or metro station. No problems at all. I recommend winter travelers buy an unlimited travel pass.
This hotel is excellent; you won't regret staying.
The decor is quite stylish, and the service has a bit of a nightclub vibe, which is interesting. However, the room was tiny, and the breakfast was terrible, especially for 26 euros per person. I definitely don't recommend it.
A small tip: staying here allows you to get a discount on tower admission with your room key.

Hands down the location is absolutely amazing, on a quiet corner near the canals and the view is amazing. Not much noise from the streets yet the sound proofing of the old building is bad, you can easily hear the stairs, front door or other rooms. (Ear plugs were used to guarantee quiet sleep).
I stayed over the summer time and even though there is a fan to blow air, the room gets too hot and missing air conditioning (even a small mobile one) was a huge part of scoring it lower. Then also no mini bar to keep a drink or item cool, so overall the room stay is warm without cooling options.
Staff is friendly but could have offered to bring the big suitcase up. The building is historical so the stairs are super tight and hard to get a heavy suitcase up to.
Again location, look and feel are amazing, compensating a lot for the shortcomings but please take my advise for mobile air conditioning or mini fridge.
