Stayed at the Palace for 1 night (couldn’t get the other 2 we needed) and was magical! The staff was over the top friendly, the facilities were second to none, and the restaurant Zuma did not disappoint (moonlit night with great food)! Everything about the place was absolutely top-notch, 5-star in every way. Kudos to the entire hotel team and their obvious attention to providing the best of everything for their guests!

We had such a wonderful experience at the Jumeirah Capri Palace. The food was first rate and the surroundings and service impeccable. Of course any incredible hotel is about the team that work there, so many of the team went the extra mile to make our stay so special.

The staff was extremely welcoming and I would definitely recommend staying here. Only issues were one broken appliance, some ant issues in the room but not overwhelming. It was very clean overall and the staff comes in twice a day (unless you don’t want them to) they upgraded me and my husband for our honeymoon so I don’t think they were aware of some of the room issues, but we had a wonderful time!

We were met from the Ferry by two polite members of staff that made sure we got to our transport to get to hotel. The front desk staff are all very nice and friendly Rooms are nice enough. Nice bluetooth connection for music from your phone in bathroom and bedroom. English socket available in room and usb charger points. Very limited uk tv channels and no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. No iron in the room but available when requested. The breakfast could be excellent but the staff just dont have it yet. Takes 10 mins to get a tea or coffee and if you want milk and they forget then expect a wait. The hotel is sited next to chair lift to top of capri. And central but to go down to Capri and luxury shopping areas you should ask hotel to drop you.

Located in Anacapri The Jumeirah Capri Palace is a legendary establishment with all the luxury codes and services one shall expect from such a prestigious hotel. The personal is delicate, smiling, attentive. The rooms and suites are spacious, comfortable, designed. The hotel offers top notch gastronomy from l’Olivo, Ragu, Zuma or Il Riccio their unique Seaview restaurant. The SPA as well as the swimming pool are at the same level ＞ top. Spending time at the Capri Palace is a parenthesis in time where pleasure and farniente are the epitome of life with flare and always the best service possible. Thank you to Fabio, Renata, Massimo, Andrea, Hannah, Vincenzo, Clara … and all the team for a delightful time, I shall never forget. A must go for all epicurians

Stunning hotel, amazing staff, delicious food, best place to stay in Ana Capri. We stay 4 nights, from the day one until the last everything was perfect. Thank you Jumeirah Capri Palace!

This is a great hotel. We had a room with a balcony with excellent views. The service was faultless and friendly. The breakfast is amazing with both buffet and a la carte on offer and accompanied by live piano music. There is always a little surprise each afternoon with complimentary cakes and fruits delivered to your room. On one occasion, gin and tonic were delivered to our room for our consumption.

Stayed at hotel for a couple of nights and was impressed with the location. Close enough to most attractions and transport but far enough from the buzz. Amenities and service was fabulous. The staff were respectful and courteous. No request was too much. Would definitely stay here again

Capri Palace was absolutely perfect and truly a highlight of our honeymoon. The breakfast was out of this world amazing, we wish we could have that everyday. The staff was so friendly and would go above and beyond. We also enjoyed the beach club, Il Ricco and highly recommend it. It has a beautiful lounge and view as well as right next to the Blue Grotto. We will definitely be back and encourage everyone to stay here.

We stayed at Capri Palace for 3 nights , the hotel is gorgeous with amazing views and beautiful rooms. The breakfast is to die for. Quality of products are top. The most importantly is the staff who brings this experience on the top level with their care and focus on their job. They are going beyond the expectations in every level with all departments. Thank you very much for this amazing stay which we will not forget.

Beautiful signature hotel with beautiful greenery scenes all around the hotel. They really pay attention to details . Rooms are quit big very clear & neat. The most important point is their employees, they are very kind , friendly, hospital & helpful. They made our experience complete. You much try their 2 star Michelin restaurant also your have to spend time in their Il Riccio beach club & restaurant beautiful seafood & yummy deserts. Also you will find Dior touches all around with a Dior boutique in the club.

Our third time at this hotel. We had a great time overall but they have to pay more attention to the condition of the rooms. There was a water dripping sound in our room very annoying in the middle of the night and they changed our room and the new room was bloody cold and the air conditioning was not working properly to turn it off. Breakfast was great and the restaurant at the roof top was good. Spa was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in Capri Palace Jumeirah to celebrate our wedding anniversary together with our adult children and their loved ones. Since the very beginning (greeting at Napoli airport) everything was perfect, but above all - we enjoyed the feeling of "personal touch" when contacting staff - every interaction at reception, concierge, restaurant - premium experience. If you love swimming there is another good reason to stay in this hotel - outdoor pool - long and deep, heated water, if you love breakfasts - it should be your choice, too. Great hotel.
