DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Anaheim Resort/Convention Center

The hotel room we stayed in was not new. There were issues with the bathroom where water wit stop pouring, etc. A very old coach that did not look safe to sit on, the blanket had stains and stinked. After all, when I asked for a help with my bags when checking out, I was told that the hotel does not have a door bell person and I was left with my bags on my own while the lobby looked quite. I would not recommend staying here.

The best things is the cookies and the front desk very generous to give us. 2nd day breakfast met a very good manager but not the 1st day. The hotel is very very old and the breakfast is very limited choices. The soundproofing is very poor, and we were disturbed by noise from a group of youngsters at approximately 1.30 a.m.

Very convenient if you want to go Universal studio holiday. Staff are friendly and helpful.

It was a convenient place to stay with a nice sizes rooms, however, there are not a lot of amenities.

Great hotel for a Disneyland family trip! We stayed for 3 nights and found the location very convenient, with easy access to Disneyland, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. Our children especially loved the warm cookies at check-in. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Enjoyable stay, good location good sized rooms only gripe the TV wasn’t working during our entire stay, yes we weren’t there to watch tv but would have been nice to just put it on late at night,this was reported on our first day(we were there for 6 days)giving them plenty of time to fix it but it wasn’t. Cleanliness of rooms was at best adequate but the bath was quite dirty,overall would have expected better from a Hilton hotel.

Super overrated, mega expensive parking. Clean rooms, scarce internal services like restaurant

Parking is scarce and I was forced to park all the way in back parking with no lighting
