This motel is comparable to an economy hotel in terms of facilities, similar to a Home Inn standard in China. There's no complimentary bottled water, but a CVS and 7-Eleven are just a block to the right. Key advantages: 1. Compared to other hotels in the same area and on the same dates, this hotel offers a clear price advantage. 2. The location is very convenient. It's an easy walk after getting off the #50 bus. 3. It's close to Disney. Don't worry too much about whether it's a 15 or 20-minute walk, because on your way there and back, you'll be surrounded by other Disney-goers. Once you join the crowd, you're effectively on your way to Disney, so it feels like you arrive in no time. Coming out after the fireworks around 11 PM, walking back to the hotel with the crowds felt lively. Seeing many people waiting for buses, Ubers, or stuck in traffic, you truly appreciate the convenience of having a nearby hotel at that moment. This hotel has clear pros and cons; it depends on your priorities.

Remember to bring your own slippers! The hotel isn't too far from Disneyland (about a 15-minute walk). The area feels pretty safe, though I did see a woman on the street near a drugstore filming or taking pictures of everyone with her phone, which was a bit unsettling, but nobody paid her any mind. There are drugstores nearby where you can buy snacks, plus various eateries like snack shops, steak houses, and pizza places. It's a basic motel with all the essential amenities. You can see the Disneyland fireworks from the rooftop. There's also a heated pool outside (didn't try it) and they offer luggage storage. The staff are friendly. I did find some small bugs inside, but since it's on the ground floor, I suppose that's to be expected.

The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Disneyland, and there's a mall and supermarket within a 10-minute walk, which is very convenient for shopping. They also have parking available. A deposit of $100 USD is required (card or cash). The only downside is that the water pressure in the shower is very low.

I've stayed here a few times. Considering the price and its proximity to the park, this motel offers a good balance. The rooms open directly to the outside. Honestly, the room quality can be hit or miss. If you get a room that hasn't been used much, there can be a lot of dust under the bed, and the air conditioning might have a smell or be dusty. This time, I was on the first floor near the entrance, and the room was very clean and comfortable, and super convenient for getting in and out. I'm not one to spend a lot on hotels, so I usually look for reasonable options that offer a good level of comfort. If I could always get a good room, this place would be my top choice, price-wise.

The deposit refund was very slow; those who mind should consider carefully before booking.
