The night staff at the front desk were very thoughtful and provided excellent service. The hotel facilities are great, and the room amenities were clean. I especially loved the pool area, which also has a hot tub – very relaxing.

The house is old and it's a 15-minute walk to Disneyland. They didn't replace the bath towels when cleaning the room, which I guess they forgot. The best part was that it wasn't crowded.

The staff was so friendly and tried their hardest to accommodate us. It’s not their fault that this facility is way past its prime. We asked for a quiet room and got the loudest room I’ve ever stayed in, right by the freeway. They did have earplugs on the night stand. I guess that was a sign 😆. We woke up to a flood in the bathroom. Water was pouring out of the ceiling fan and all over the floor. They did move us to a different room and so appolgetic. Still loud but no more leaking water. Everything here seems tired and worn out. It was close to our destination. And the bed was comfortable

The soundproofing in the room isn't great, so it can be a bit noisy. It's about a 15-minute walk to Disneyland, and you can watch the fireworks from the poolside every evening.
