Candlewood Suites ANAHEIM - RESORT AREA by IHG

Just a heads-up, the hotel is over a 20-minute walk from both Disneyland parks (the entrances for both are in the same area). Any reviews claiming a 10-minute walk are definitely not referring to walking. There's no shuttle service either. However, I was very happy with the hotel facilities. The room came with a fully equipped kitchen, the bed was quite comfortable, and there was even an American drip coffee maker. Downstairs in the lobby, the mini-mart offers free coffee and hot chocolate, plus a good selection of snacks and food, which means you don't have to go to a supermarket and can focus on Disneyland. The laundry room is spacious, with about four washers and eight dryers, and it's free to use. I only used the dryers and wasn't too pleased; several of them seemed faulty. No matter the temperature setting, they only blew cold air, wasting my time as nothing dried. I finally got my clothes dry after switching to a working machine.

Beyond expectations, it was fantastic! The room was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook our own meals. They also offered free self-service laundry. The hallways were quiet at night, and it's really close to Disneyland. Plus, all the amenities you need are nearby, especially the Target, which has everything.

The kitchen was well-equipped, which was really nice! I also felt safe in the surrounding area. It was an easy walk to Disneyland too!
