Motel 6 Anaheim Hills, CA

It was not the best to just ok plan on never going back to this place

Well, it sure is an older motel in need of good renovations, but the room was fairly clean, nice bed, working air conditioner and nice front desk staff. Also prices are hard to beat. Sure, it could be better, but it's not bad!

Me and my husband were actually very shocked at how this room looked. Considering it's location , Anaheim Hills. The bathroom faucet is broken , it moves when you turn it on. The kleenex holder has no kleenex and its rusty. The lights needed new light bulbs. So it was very dark in the room. None of the ice machines were working. And when I told the girl , she said nothing to me, like she didn't care. Then I asked for hand towels , wash cloth and 1 more bath towel and the maid said no, they didn't do the laundry, so me and my husbandp had no wash clothes to wash our face, nor dry our hands. Then complimentary coffee in the morning, I was looking forward to,. Never .existed. she told me I had to pay her 4.00 for a cup of black coffee!!! The refrigerator in our room was broken, the door of it was held together with tape!! How could a lovely town have such a scummy hotel!!!? Why don't you fix things that break , gave ice for your customers, and towels!! Towels are pretty darn important!! Don't lie about complimentary coffee and then try to sell it for 4.00 a cup. Alot needs to be fixed on this hotel. It's hideous, and could be so nice if you just tweak a little bit of things. . I'm sorry but 1 star, I need towels when I get out of a shower. I need ice too, and coffee would be greatly appreciated.

This was by far the worst motel six.We have ever stayed in.I know it was cheap, but we just need it just to stay the night because we were going to a party and it was far from our house. We were given a room and when we went in the room looked okay.But then when we pulled down the sheets from the bed, they had several.What looked like yellow, urine, stains?All over them, then we pulled the sheets down.And on the mattress cover was dried blood. I called the front desk immediately and told them that I have taken pictures.And this is disgusting, and they should be really embarrassed that someone would wash these and actually put them back on a bed. I told them I needed someone immediately to come.And change the sheets and the mattress pad, and they told me sorry, we cannot because housekeeping has left for the day. I said, excuse me, no, you are going to be housekeeping.You get in here now and change these.Sheets, since you won't change rooms for us or you give me my money back right now. They were there the owners within ten minutes with the father and they were changing everything.I tried to help them with it as they seemed to be struggling.And the father put his hand up and said back away. They were very rude and we did not even get one apology. This is unacceptable.I would not recommend this to anyone. They should seem extremely embarrassed as this is unacceptable, but like they said not even an apology, they acted like it was no big deal.

I think the one star should just go to the friendliness of the staff cause that was the only positive thing about this place. The rooms are in dire need of a renovation and cleaning and so is the property itself. I've traveled plenty of times and stayed in numerous hotels/motels and this is by far thee worse experience by far. The photos on ******* are NOT current at all. I question if the reviews on there are legitimate or if they belong to the people who live here. Yes, there's people that live on this property. The property is littered with cigarette butts and used q-tips. There was pieces of a used diaper near the pool area. The room itself. Oh my god where do I start. I wish I was able to go through this entire room before accepting it. Yes, the lady at the front desk took me to the room to check it out but it was rushed and it was not until you're in the room and actually doing a thorough inspection that all the filth starts to be known. The bed sheets are dirty. And they place a sheet on top of the bed spread to cover the filth of the fitted sheets. There was hair and stains in one of the beds also. The walls were smeared with what looked like feces, torn, and falling apart. There were stains on the lamp shade, bugs in the bathroom, and stains on the curtains. I couldn’t stay for my entire reservation it just too gross!
