Motel 6 Anaheim, CA

No coffee maker. Lobby closed at all hours. Ring bell and staff addresses you through a window

A/c was not working properly. Didn't feel like it was blowing any air.

Staff and reception area very unfriendly and rude. Some guess kept making a lot of noise around the ares, and smoking in non-smoking designated areas. I had to leave the property in the middle of the night.

We have stayed here many times and felt unsafe. The mattress on the bed riped and dirty. The man helping didnt even talk to us. We are very disappointed.

8months pregnant gave me a upstairs bedroom with a bunch of bottom rooms available. Super inconvenient! Front person staff didn’t really say much when trying to communicate. Not sure what was going on with that.

TV didn’t work. 8months pregnant gave me an upstairs bedroom when a bunch of bottom rooms were available. When coming back into the room super, late key didn’t work, had to go to front desk at almost midnight with a crying tired toddler. super inconvenient. Staff not friendly.

Mixed reviews The hotel was accommodating to our time of arrival at 10pm. When I arrived with my family, there was a very angry woman out front. Check in was good with no problems. Once in our room, there was a commotion with the woman yelling. We were on the first floor and could hear who was on the second story when they moved around the room. The pillows were really uncomfortable and hard. The sheets were really thin with no thick blankets on the bed. I’m not sure if there was supposed to be, but there was no shampoo or conditioner available for use.
