New, nice and clean

The room was awesome, the housekeeping team were terrific, I just found the hospitality team are lacking enthusiasm. In an industry where a happy and welcoming attitude is paramount, this establishment’s hospitality team lack these qualities. A long time ago I was a housekeeper, I know how hard the work is, it’s a thankless job. Kudos to all of the housekeeping team, they’re to true backbone of the Wildburch Hotel. On their attitudes and work ethic, I’d gladly give 5 stars but the hospitality staff let the team down.

Our room was terrific, I love the decor. Our bed was extremely comfortable, the only problem I found was our room quite a distance from the lifts and our bags being hard to push on the carpet, made the distance seem that much further. Upon check in the chap seemed a bit miffed that we arrived so late. The female in the coffee shop displayed the same feelings when we interrupted her on her mobile because we wanted a coffee. All of the housekeeping team were outstanding, their manners and wanting to assist really stood out and made us feel welcome. I would definitely return, the 2 team members whose attitude wasn’t pleasant wouldn’t deter me, it is just a reminder, some people should not be in hospitality.
