Strategic location hotel, near airport with airport shuttle, and affordable price. Some restaurant nearby. The staffs are friendly and helpful, breakfast complimentary. Room spacious, clean and nice.

The staff of Housekeeping needs to communicate with the one working in the front desk they need to know is the guest are there for extensions before they knock the door so Hard so they dont have to bother the guest

The staff was really friendly, they just couldn't keep up with the hotel being used as an evacuee lodging. Not enough towels, one vacuum cleaner, no room cleaning when requested 2 days in a row. The accessible room is not accessible. Bathroom had room but hallway into bathroom was same size as normal room making hard to get into bathroom with wheelchair. And then you add a mirror right outside the bathroom door. There is no for the handicapp person to reach any of the soaps and shampoo. They weren't accessible level. Teh showerhead was place at normal height so no reaching that either while the seat is why in the back and the water didn't reach.

The room was clearly not cleaned. There were toe nails on the floor and other debris on the floor all over. A booger on the bedsheet. We asked to be moved to a clean room. The second room had old skittles on the floor and dark hairs all over the bed. Again - obviously was not cleaned. We decided to stay somewhere else. Will be requesting a refund tomorrow as the front desk attendant said she could not cancel the stay or refund me.
