The hotel environment is okay, but the service is average: 1. I went to the front desk three times, but they were on the phone and ignored me twice, leaving me waiting for a long time. 2. The room was cleaned only with towels changed; the trash wasn't taken out, and the bed wasn't made. 3. I booked a 5:30 a.m. airport shuttle, but it didn't show up. When I asked the front desk, they just said, "Wait another five minutes." I ended up being 15 minutes late and still not showing up. I ended up having to call an Uber to catch my flight.

We stay here often when traveling for work. The breakfast is always great and lots to choose from. The rooms are always clean and the staff is very friendly. We love that they have the place where you can buy food to make in your room. They have a good selection of cold drinks you can buy and its afforadable .
