This hotel was pretty standard, but it's made me reconsider my expectations for the Sheraton brand. Almost all the power outlets were loose, though the staff were very attentive.

Excellent location close to restaurants, shopping centers and route 1. A la carte breakfast. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.

The room was quite spacious and very clean. The price was a bit high for a Four Points-level hotel, but then again, everything in Alaska is generally expensive.

Great room and great location, the only thing is that on the first day we are here, they refused to provided breakfast even that we clearly have breakfast included for our reservation, and this lady server at the dining area has a very bad attitude. But the manager gets back to us and offered compensation the next day so we were satisfied overall.
