Comfortable rooms, friendly helpful staff, I don't speak Spanish and the staff have little English but google translate sorted that not problem, nice location and breakfast, well priced, there's a really good restaurant a few minutes walk as you head back to town, the crab pie was amazing, also check out the craft market for gifts, alpaca scarfs for 5000 peseso, around £4 hats, gloves, poncho all good price

Good benefit - price X located Simple and well located hotel in Ancud. Staff were friendly, bed was comfortable. A basic breakfast was enough to start my day. Located at Costanera Avenue with easy access to the main tourist attractions. The avenue, at day is noisy but the night was very quiet. It is only one cons point !

Hotel muy bien ubicado en costanera de Ancud. Muy preocupados de los detalles, donde destaco por ejemplo que cuentan con café de grano permanente para los pasajeros en la recepción. Nos alojamos en un depto. de 2 habitaciones; el baño muy cómodo y limpio, buena ducha, bien las camas y en general se nota una preocupación en la mantención de todo. La recepción/comedor es un lugar también cómodo para estar, y el servicio muy amable. Desayuno continental adecuado, incluso te ofrecen huevo. Cuentan con estacionamiento y el wi fi funciona.

Patricio nous a accueilli très gentiment et nous a montré notre chambre. Il nous a indiqué des restaurants pour dîner. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et copieux. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture. C'était vraiment parfait !
