Service is disappointing given a 4stars hotel. Room is decent size but windows are dirty outside with spider web etc. Staying during weekday and nobody but do not allow 1 hr later checkout.

The view was great. Very close location to a bus stop for getting around town and very close to hahoe village. Service was great. Check in and check out was easy. They also had a convience store next to the lobby which is great qhen you are hungry. Great time all in all.

Basic hotel.bad location. Dinner food was bad . We ordered steak which was dry and the fish was horrible. Breakfast is good! Desktop guys very friendly and helpful

Nice clean room, well setup. Bakery at the lobby is worth trying out, near UNESCO folk village but away from the city.

Hotel seems to be new (or recently refurbished). It's located in a newer part of town, so you'd have to drive to the city centre. The car park has plenty of lots. There's also a convenience store at the lobby, which is great if you find yourself in need of anything.

Very good hotel. It was perfect for our 2 night stay. Surrounded in quiet countryside with beautiful lake and mountain view. Decent breakfast as well. We had a car so driving into the center wasn't too bad but I don't think it'd be ideal for people who needs transit.
