Well located hotel near lots of food and shopping options in central Andong. It was possible to walk to the riverside to the local folk village and also next to the bus stop for Hahoe village. The room was clean, with water and juice provided, as well as a free coffee machine, popcorn machine and toaster.

It was very close to downtown Andong, so it was good to play

It was cozy and nice. The location was also close to the main street and close to the Hanok street, so I left good memories at a pretty cafe restaurant.

It is close to the bus stop and restaurant street, and there is a park right next to it, so it was very good to take a walk at night.
Another advantage is that you can simply eat toast, cereal, and popcorn in the morning.
The only downside is that there is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up.

I LOVE HOTEL YAM! Best hotel I've stayed in Korea so far. We extended our trip by a day and wanted to extend it more but they were sold out. Overall, the location for this place is ideal. Close to shopping, restaurants, bus line and train station. It's lively at night too so felt totally safe walking around. The room is modern and super clean, cleanliness is of most importance to me. We got the lowest budget room and it felt very spacious and had big window. I do know other floor plans may not so recommend checking early! Bathroom was HUGE. I only plan to stay at Hotel Yam if I visit Andong again. Great hotel!
