I was actually disappointed because my friend recommended it. Was given 5th floor room and the noise from the road was apparent. No sound proofing. My aircon kept me UP ALL NIGHT. The aircon made loud cranking sound starting in the middle of the night waking me up. It was so loud I thought the aircon was going to blow up. Couldn’t sleep a wink. DONT GET 5th floor room because my friends who stayed in the 7th floor didn’t encounter this. Another colleague in the 5th floor also complained about the aircon noise. I wished I could share the recorded aircon sound in the room.

This is probably the worst red planet we'e visited. Room floor was sticky and doesnt feel like it was properly cleaned. They also have a problem with parking. They advertised parking is free but did not clarify that they only have 6 parking slots!!! And it's first come first served. If there are no slots available, they will ask you to park along thee street far away from the building. THIS IS A HUGE RED FLAG. Our booking specifically requested for a parking but they DID NOT reserve any space for me, they also DID NOT inform me of the parking situation. The guard is also always gone at night so car safety is an issue.

Plenty of hot water for showers. The cleanliness could be better, they don't seem very proactive with housekeeping. Otherwise, I think it's okay. Don't bother with breakfast, it's really bad. The Wi-Fi is fine. If you need to work on a laptop, consider where you'll put it, as it's not very convenient.

The desk wasn't wiped clean. The air conditioning unit is hot and needs to be replaced as it's old; it seems like it's just been patched up to work, but honestly, it's not cooling properly. It definitely needs an upgrade. They should also provide basic amenities like soap. The towels could be whiter and less worn out. The bed linens are good, but I wish they smelled fresher. The security guard was quick to help and always smiling; very attentive.

It was easy to check in. The staff was accommodating and responded to our queries.

Accessible location. Good for business travelers as they need to have a clean accomodation after work.

Its a good place to chill but just a reminder that before u go there, you're weight is below 91kg because you're not able to use the other slides since they have a weight restrictions.

Need to renovate

I enjoyed my stay in Red planet, receptionist are approachable. Love the room and the area. I will. definitely stay again.

Basin was constantly blocked. Basin leak. I reported it, but nothing was done to repair or correct it. The safe had also been locked whilst open and I could not use it during my stay

Close proximity to the venue where I am going to. 7/11 near by. They can do better regarding the towel, pillow cases and duvet covers. Room and bathroom are clean but please check the soap and shampoo dispenser during house keeping. It was empty when we arrived.

Good place to stay.

The service was good but honestly it needs updating on the property. It’s a bit far from the airport but so convinient to most restaurants.
