the service is good and the people are nice and friendly

Having a weak WiFi if you stay upstairs. Nice service and good breakfast.

The location and the property is all okay. But the only thing we needed the most is the hot water. As a traveller, from a long journey, you need to have a hot bath. Yun lang. Sana they will provide a hot and cold bath later on.

Best hotel

It's conveniently located near Koreatown, and the price is reasonable. The staff are incredibly friendly. It's on the first and second floors, so there's no elevator. The pool water quality is also excellent.

The location was a little off the main road, so there was little noise and it was comfortable. It was clean and well-maintained. As for service, when I asked for someone to come to my room when there was no hot water, they came right away and dealt with the issue. The staff were also very friendly. The facility was small, with a stylish pool in the middle of the building where my room was located, which made for a pleasant stay. Points for improvement include: For some reason, you have to speak to the front desk when using the safe, the deposit is cash only, and watching TV is complicated. That's all. Thank you.

It's good. The staff is very friendly. The food is delicious. The location is near Friendship, so it's a very good location for Koreans. It's a little disappointing if you enjoy nightlife.
