Very nice accommodation, bed was so comfortable, jacuzzi bath was a lovely treat . Very nicely furnished & great facilities if you weren’t travelling around like we were. 5 stars

We arrived late but we managed to pick up the keys. Thank you so much. The toilet in the room is very cold during the June period. The heater in the room doesn't cover that space. The water could also be a little warmer during winter. We had turned the tap to the max and found the water lukewarm.

Had an awesome time, great value for money

The amenities were great but tennis court needs repairs and spa could be hotter. Other than that everything was great. The location is in a prime spot for walking.

I stayed here for one night on my way to the Great Ocean Road. It was a spacious one-bedroom apartment with all the necessary living facilities. The bedroom had no windows. There was free parking. I left the key in the basket at the door when I got there late.

The hotel has a great location, with gas stations and restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped. However, definitely do not book a room that includes breakfast; the breakfast, which costs over 200 RMB, consists of instant cereal and soy milk.

The scenery is first-rate. The unit is large but has only one bathroom and no washing machine or dryer.

The location of the hotel is very good, right on the Great Ocean Road. The check-in staff are very friendly and efficient. In addition, the hotel also has a small indoor swimming pool, lawn tennis court, and outdoor trampoline (very interesting, worth experiencing, and very relaxing). Overall, I highly recommend this resort and the bedding is very comfortable.

The restaurant is great, no need to go out to eat

The environment is very good and parking is convenient. Their steak is super delicious, and there are also French fries. It is the first time I feel that steak and French fries can be so delicious. It is very good.

Very nice room, enough for a family of four. It's clean and tidy, and there are shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. It's a very good stay. It’s just that most hotels in Australia don’t have toothbrushes, so you need to bring your own.
