Great Service: All good, excellent attitude.

The hotel facilities are complete, and the environment is beautiful and comfortable. Room cleaning is prompt, but not thorough enough – there were water stains in the shower, water marks on the glasses, and dust in the corners. The staff's enthusiasm could be improved, and the fried eggs at breakfast were rationed.

Fengda International Hotel is a large Hotel in Suzhou, Anhui. Rooms are very clean & well designed. Breakfast was Superb. Definitely a recommend.

We specifically requested a non-smoking room when booking, and the hotel does have a non-smoking floor, though we had to negotiate to arrange one. But what did we notice upon entering the room? It lacked an ashtray, unlike a regular room, but the strong odor of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. The waitress who accompanied us to the new room even boasted that she couldn't smell it! Since a non-smoking floor is designated, it should be strictly managed according to the smoking policy. It's also a sign of respect for guests who request a non-smoking room, right? I told the front desk that a hundred apologies wouldn't be enough to take concrete action. The hotel's leadership needs to seriously consider this and stop violating their professional ethics.

This hotel is amazing! The kids loved it and the front desk service was superb. The room was clean and tidy, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely choose this place next time I stay😀

The hotel has a great location, convenient transportation, attentive service, and a warm attitude. It is very close to the Bian River, and it is very convenient for walking and running! The hotel is very cost-effective and can be recommended to friends!

The room is clean and tidy. The front desk Xiao Yang's warm hospitality made us feel at home. The environment is beautiful.

Very satisfying experience. The room is spacious and clean, with complete facilities and comfortable bedding. Most importantly, it is quiet as I have a light sleep. I would especially like to praise the service of Chen at the front desk. She was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out were very quick. She also provided a lot of practical travel suggestions. The overall cost-effectiveness is very high. It is a pleasant accommodation experience and is highly recommended to everyone!

There is no underground parking lot, but it is not open. There are many parking spaces on the ground, all around the building, very nice. Hygiene: Clean. Environment: Quiet It's just a pity that the pool and fitness center are in another building across the street. It's very inconvenient to go there.

The front desk service is average, but understandable. There were a lot of people checking in at the front desk after midnight, but there was only one staff member. There were only two bottles of water in the room. I asked the staff to deliver water, but they said they would charge an extra yuan for each bottle of water. This is quite funny. I didn't ask for 10 or 8 bottles. It is reasonable to provide at least 4 to 6 bottles in the room.

First time in Suzhou, first time staying in this hotel. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and upgraded the room for free. The stay experience was very good, the bedding was comfortable, clean and hygienic, and the sound insulation was good. The staff had a nice service attitude, warm and polite. The breakfast was rich and tasted good, which was a local specialty of Suzhou. Recommended.
