The room was clean and the service was great. It's very close to the ski resort, and the breakfast was delicious. The hot springs were also very relaxing.

This time, I brought my child to Yunshang Grassland. My friend highly recommended this guesthouse to me, and I totally took their advice, haha! And you know what, once I arrived, I really liked the overall style of the place. **Facilities**: Quite comprehensive. I took my child to the climbing area, and after a short climb, he was exhausted! You can tell they put a lot of effort into it. **Environment**: The hotel has a swimming pool and hot springs ♨. The surrounding transportation is quite convenient; it's very close to Yunshang Grassland, and dining options are also plentiful. **Service**: First, a big thumbs up! I randomly chose this guesthouse while traveling alone, and it exceeded my expectations! It was absolutely fantastic! 👏 I highly recommend it! Facilities: Very complete, it has almost everything, especially the pool table. It's a pity I was alone, otherwise I would definitely have played a couple of rounds, haha. Cleanliness: The room was very clean, which was something I really appreciated. Environment: The surrounding environment is very comfortable and quiet at night. You can walk out of the room window into the guesthouse's courtyard, which is very pleasant and perfect for relaxing. Service: The housekeeper was very welcoming and approachable. The owner is also handsome and introduced me to many interesting places. The auntie was always smiling when she greeted me. Overall, I'm very satisfied. The room was quite spacious; I booked a room on the first floor, and the pool was right outside the door. It would be perfect in summer, as you could swim and then immediately shower. The decor was refreshing, and the environment was very nice – definitely worth recommending. The second visitor center for the Cloud Grassland is just over 800 meters away, very close and convenient for getting up the mountain. Breakfast was simple but filling.

My stay at this guesthouse during the National Day holiday far exceeded my expectations! I have to write a long review to thank that curly-haired gentleman at the front desk! About the guesthouse: The environment and facilities were impeccable; the rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. About the service: This is the key point! We have to give a huge shout-out to the front desk guy! He was proactive and thoughtful. When we wanted to play mahjong but found the machine was occupied, we were a little disappointed. But he actually came over and enthusiastically asked if we wanted to try hand-playing mahjong! Then he brought us a super stylish "trendy" mahjong set! This suggestion and gesture was fantastic, instantly turning our "slight disappointment" into a "wonderful surprise"! This consideration for guests deserves full marks! What moved us even more and made us feel guilty was what happened next. After playing mahjong, we returned to our room late at night only to find that we had lost our room key! It was already very late, so we contacted the front desk on a whim. Unexpectedly, the young man had already showered and was about to rest when he received our call. Without a word, he rushed over to help. Seeing his still-wet hair and slightly disheveled appearance, we felt incredibly bad. But he showed no impatience or complaint, remaining patient and smiling throughout, professionally helping us find the problem and ultimately resolving it smoothly. At that moment, we felt not only his professionalism but also his inherent kindness and sense of responsibility. The hardware of a guesthouse is its skeleton, but what truly gives it its soul is this impeccable service. This young man is the most valuable angel employee of this guesthouse! Because of him, our trip was filled with warm memories. We will definitely recommend this place to all our friends! Facilities: The appearance of the B&B is very beautiful, the rooms are fully equipped, the decoration style is simple and stylish, there are afternoon tea tables and chairs outside, and there is a billiard table on the basement floor. Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy, the bathroom has a smart toilet, and the shower room is very clean. It can be seen that the owner is very attentive. Environment: Opposite the homestay is the mountain of Yunshang Grassland, where you can see the high-altitude glass bridge. There are various snacks, barbecues, and milk tea within 1 km, and you can reach them by taking a walk. Service: The boss is very enthusiastic. My wife said that after staying in so many B&Bs in various places, this is the most enthusiastic boss she has ever met. He will take the initiative to say hello to every guest he meets. If there is anything you don’t understand or need anything, just look for the boss.

On a whim, I decided to spend a weekend in the mountains and booked this B&B. The architecture of the B&B is very distinctive, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast is very rich, and it is close to the Yunshang Grassland, with convenient food and entertainment options nearby. The boss is very nice and recommended places to eat and play, and none of them were disappointing. I wanted to go bamboo shoots, so I asked if there was any suitable place to recommend. As a result, he gave me a lot of gifts the next morning. I will bring the kids here to play again in the summer!

We arrived at 3 PM, and the afternoon tea included in our reservation wasn't provided. The nearest restaurant is about 1 kilometer away, requiring a walk. The guesthouse doesn't provide electric scooters or bicycles. Most importantly, we ordered breakfast for 9 AM the day before, and it still hadn't arrived by 9:30 AM. When we called to inquire, there wasn't a single apology. They said they thought I hadn't gotten up yet and didn't want to disturb my rest, so they didn't deliver. If that's the case, I'd think they installed a security camera in my room to know if I was up or not. I got up at 6 AM! Not a single apology, just explanations. If you forgot, I can understand, but just call and say, "Sorry, due to my mistake, I forgot. I'll make it and deliver it to you right away." Using a bunch of excuses under the guise of "for my own good" to cover up your mistakes only makes people more resentful.
