My experience at this hotel was excellent the managers Baris and Yasmin where very kind and caring to me the service was super nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they were friendly and very nice everywhere was very clean My room was very good I have enjoyed my stay very much I would highly recommend this hotel again thank you to everybody who made my stay very enjoyable

The courtyard Hotel is high in location, cleaning, facilities and the service of staff. I recommend to everyone.

I was in Ankara for a week on business at the Days Hotel. This is my honest review. Just I add that for some reason this hotel is ‘by Wyndham’ but the one week point collection stay was not added to my Wyndham rewards membership for some reason unknown to me. Most of the men working at the front desk and breakfast area are smokers. They stand in front of the main entrance smoking and when they walk into the lobby it smells like cigarette smoke. I stayed in Room 306 for a week. The first 2 days, the same song was on repeat in the entire general area and restaurant of the hotel. Butterfly by Maria & Whitney. They might need a new ‘hotel dj”. They did change this after I mentioned it to the lady at reception. Gizem at reception is amazing. She was very helpful with arranging transport, check-in and tourist information. At breakfast there is a fresh open buffet with an Automatic Coffee machine, the machine makes nasty instant bitter coffee and since the day I arrived it was not serviced, I asked the man and lady at the breakfast area why there is no hot chocolate and they said the service man doesn’t show up. That coffee machine needs maintenance service but no one seems to care. The servers offer filter coffee but I prefer and expected a Wyndham group hotel to have espresso type coffees. The butter in the buffet corner sits outside in room temperature without any kind of cooling. As stated on the label, the maximum temperature it should be stored at is 4 Celsius. The breakfast room temperature is about 20 Celsius. The breakfast overall is traditional Mediterranean buffet. It is acceptable for this business hotel. Yeter, the cleaning lady was very intelligent and had common sense. She even organized my cosmetics. The bed, towels and sheets are lovely clean and in good condition. The TV does not have screen casting and barely any English channels so if you want to watch Netflix bring your own HDMI cable and laptop. If you get lucky the WiFi in the hotel room might work. The Wi-fi at this hotel is unstable. As you can see in the photos, you enter your ID # and room #. I had to do this 5-6 times while getting cut off every 2-3 hours each day. In the evenings the wifi is very weak, impossible to have international video calls. At night after 12 the internet connection is completely cut off. I had trouble conducting video calls with the USA and Portugal. Yalin at the night shift reception could not help as he said the internet service man is not available so he could not fix the wifi problem. The reception & lobby (work area) has a completely different wifi system. Obviously the internet gateway company is not good. The Days Hotel claims to be a business hotel but I was disappointed with this wifi internet hassle every day and every night. You can not depend on this hotel for Wifi and internet reliability. The best points were the excellent room with the comfortable bed and the prime location.

Stayed for 11 days: Beautiful hotel which is super clean and comfortable. Fresh Chocolates to die for, made in the hotel! Decor of the chandeliers is amazing. Restaurant meals were delicious with a lot of healthy dishes Salmon noodle (eristeli somon) and ot kavurma (fried herbs and veggie) were my favorites You should definitely try the tahini dessert as well. Massive swimming pool, constantly checked for cleanliness. I forgot my slippers in the room but I was given a pair of free flip flops as a courtesy Room was super comfortable Bed was massive and so relaxing( i think the duvet was from duck feathers and the mattress was very thick and ergonomic) Carpets were white very soft and super clean. Work area: Very well thought and comfortable. I was able to log in from work from the work station Dry Cleaning: Collected and delivered to the room Reception staff were very helpful. Upon providing our passports they helped us to apply for HES codes (essential to get into shops in Covid environment). Hotel ventilation was very well thought, and checked frequently to ensure air quality is good.

Rooms were really sub standard. Told them for three days aur con not working, but insisted it was when thermostat read 26 degrees. Tatty furnishings, poor breakfast and closed many services due to low number of guests (I wonder why?). Had a leak from bath with water all over the floor. Refused to give me another room, as wanted to fix the problem and leave me in same room. Manager was completely arrogant and unwilling to prioritise guest comfort. Avoid at all cost!

I have visited the hotel for a business meeting and I got very pleasant surprised by it and its staff. The people in the hotel and the staff at the reception were very supportive and helped me with some urgent issues that appeared at the time of my stay. I am very satisfied and would love to come back if I have the chance.

We entered to stay in a different hotel in Ankara with my wife but we weren't happy and went to the shop by chance and told the friend at the reception that he welcomed us very well. He told us that we would be more nice to stay in the suite room because we were first to stay, and gave us the suite room instead of the standard. We were happy with everything.Clean foods smiled personnel .... Our address is clear every time we arrive in Ankara afterwards. It is a great exquisite, elite people and extreme guests. Thank you very much. We will certainly be your guests again and again and we will continue to advise all our friends. A 5-star company.

It is a hotel that I would like to visit again as a hotel with the highest quality in every aspect of its price. The reception at the front desk, the cleanliness of the bedding in the room, and the cleanliness of the facilities in the room were very clean, which increased satisfaction. The drinks beach in the refrigerator, free water, amenities, and coffee were also good. The breakfast at the restaurant was neat, the bread tasted good, and compared to small hotels, it was deliciously prepared according to various essential types, and it will be memorable for a long time as the person in charge ate comfortably and deliciously at a beautiful restaurant that serves at a beautiful restaurant. During this trip, I visited two more places in Turkey, but the memory of this hotel remains more.

I went to Ankara Büyükhanlı park swimming pool at 11 a.m. on Wednesday (August 3rd). After us, a family with three children entered two children. The children jumped into the pool as soon as they came. There were almost 10 children, and they almost never swim all day because they were always jumping out and out and jumping again. All children who saw this situation began to do the same thing. We waited with patience until 12:53, unfortunately, he didn't give up, he didn't leave the pool and they were not warned by any official. I finally noticed the situation and notified the receipt at 12:53. They asked whether the pool officer intervened in the situation, unfortunately, the pool officer was very pleased with the status of Mr Abdullah and the staffer had no problem. When Mr. Tel came, he called another woman to replace herself and warn her family. She was not involved in anything. This continued until 6 p.m. We were waiting all day for children to leave the pool. If they were to stay a short time, if we were to start swimming, it was fun for them to come back and jump to our top. I warned the poolman Abdullah Bey twice. The last night we said we go into the pool with my sister when nobody was there. 3 children began to jump to the top of my sister who learned to swim again and again. He was panicing twice because they jumped out of the top, and I went to him and took him out of the pool. • Pool is not aqua park but it is free to jump bombing over the swimming pools because they hide the warning summer so that I finally found long searches. • Abdullah is whoever gives a shot close to him and the problems don't care. • Today, the group of Russian customers never searched the children, they were handed up with the bide and jumped to the pool, and they were wonderful and began to sleep in the children. •Aaa aaa has members from the embassy, they never seek them.
