Campanile Annecy Centre - Gare

Excellent location, just 100m from the train station while still being right in the city center.

The hotel location is convenient, and the views are beautiful. I'll definitely come back again if I have the chance to travel next.

This place is perfectly fine if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep. The facilities are a bit dated but still acceptable. Its location directly opposite Annecy Station was incredibly convenient for getting around. There's a water dispenser available next to the front desk. The elevator is an old-fashioned type where you have to manually open the doors, and it's quite small, fitting only about two people. The biggest issue was that there was no hot water all night, so I couldn't take a shower. When I went to inform the front desk, other guests were also reporting the exact same problem. The hot water never came back on, even by the time I checked out.

The room wasn't cleaned very well. There were still crumbs, possibly from crisps, on the floor from the previous guests.

Great stay overall. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the location is incredibly convenient, right next to both the train and bus stations.

Conveniently located near the station with easy access to major tourist attractions. Plus, they offer luggage storage, making it a perfect hotel for sightseeing.
