Atour Hotel, Wanjiang Avenue, Wuyue Plaza, Anqing New City

The hygiene was excellent, and the breakfast was great. The front desk staff, especially the lady, provided excellent and efficient service, making the check-in process very quick. Plus, there's free parking. It's a fantastic place and highly recommended.

Overall, it was pretty good, but the air conditioning made it very dry without a humidifier. It was nice that they provided disposable alcohol wipes in the bathroom. The service was excellent, and I was quite satisfied. It was very quiet to sleep in, and the bedding was very comfortable.

The experience was terrible. We booked a double room, but it was tiny. We even paid extra to upgrade to a suite, but the room felt very cramped. For a hotel in Anqing costing over 500 yuan a night, this was a truly awful experience.

This is my second stay at Atour Hotel. I had a good experience last time so I stayed at this hotel again in Anqing on my way back and shared the same room. The bed and pillows were as good as before. The service staff was also very good. They not only took the initiative to help with luggage but also sent tea when arriving and mineral water when leaving. Parking is also convenient at this hotel. The rooms are also well soundproofed. There is a dedicated laundry room. The location is also next to a shopping center and is convenient for eating and shopping. I just felt that the light from the buttons on the bedside and mirror was a little too bright, which affected my sleep after turning off the lights.

I booked a double room, but the bed was very small and the facilities were average. This Atour did not make me feel Atour's high standards!
