THE QUBE HOTEL ANQING

This hotel is located by the Kangxi River, offering beautiful scenery perfect for morning and evening strolls. It's quiet and clean, with excellent service. The breakfast spread is abundant, and there are free EV charging stations in the underground parking garage.

Terrible service!!!!! Checked in at 3 AM and suffered through a hot night, ending up with a cold! I called the front desk at night, telling them that cutting costs shouldn't mean turning off the main AC unit in July. They suggested I blow hot air and said they'd 'check with engineering' – and that was the last I heard of it. Even a fan would have shown some effort to resolve the issue! I woke up sweating in the morning and called the front desk again, but they were just as vague. By the time I checked out at 11 AM, there was still no call back or solution. When I was leaving, they sent a front desk staff member to apologize, offer water, and waive the room fee. Do I look like I wanted a waived room fee? This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in during my 20+ years of hotel stays, big or small, expensive or cheap!
