Hygiene is average, the toilet smells like sewer. The room also has an airtight smell, and the air conditioner can't be used. I stayed there once two years ago and thought it was ok, but when I checked in in May this year, I felt that the overall facilities were much older. The service attitude at the front desk is mediocre. The room was upgraded for the first three nights because the room was stuffy. When I stayed for one more night, the front desk refused to upgrade with a blunt attitude.

在攜程上看了雙床房房間照片，到達鞍山後就開車往酒店去，首先到前台服務員説這個房間沒有了，我説攜程上沒顯示滿房，服務員就非常蠻橫的説..那你就試試能不能買，我就果斷付了款，前台服務員態度非常不好的回答我説…那就給你升級，其實房間並沒有升級，就是攜程上的雙床房，房間很小，洗手間也很小，但這些都不重要，畢竟沒有多錢，重點就想説服務員態度太蠻橫，開完房後我不小心把身份證弄丟了，要求調取監控錄像，看看我是不是丟在了門口，前台服務員説他家沒有監控，無語了，再就是第二天早上要使用牙具的時候，發現牙杯里面有一塊類似牙膏、或者火鹼、或者洗衣粉的東西，糊在牙杯底部。感覺很噁心。作為酒店沒有客房經理查房嗎？就這樣的衞生怎麼能接待客人呢，馬桶也是很黃、很噁心（忘記拍照了）因為之前服務員好幾次的態度惡劣，就沒跟他們計較這個牙具的問題。總而言之…下次肯定不會去他家了。
