Jiatai Chain Hot Spring Hotel (Anshan Railway Station Branch)

This spacious loft at this price point must have been a glitch! The location is fantastic, right by the train station. The room is huge, and the air conditioning is powerful, cooling down quickly. The bedding and bathroom are very clean. The fire escape, however, looks quite aged.

The loft has a separate bathtub, but the air conditioning on the second floor isn't very cold. Soundproofing is so-so, and cleanliness is questionable—lots of hair, cigarette ash, and cigarette butts. The leather headboard is worn and peeling, and the mattress is sagging in the middle.

The cleanliness and facilities were mediocre, but the service was the worst. It took the front desk over ten minutes to check our room, and then they even gave us the wrong room card, which prevented them from opening the door. We had to go get the key, only to be told our room hadn't been cleaned yet, even though it was already past 5 pm. The manager's attitude was also terrible, acting as if we were being served by him.

The room was spacious, and there weren't many other services needed after checking in. The facilities were old, and the cleanliness was so-so. The air quality in the hallway and the room was also poor.

Speechless. It was dirty and chaotic, much worse than Jiatai on Hunan Street. They didn't even provide water. I asked the front desk for four bottles of water, and the staff politely said it was free and asked me to leave a good review. Luckily, I didn't leave a review. When I got a refund, I found that 10 yuan had been deducted from my deposit.
