I've stayed here before and always found the service, breakfast, and everything else to be very pleasant. This time, I asked my children to book a longer stay for me to reunite with old friends in Anshan. However, the hotel experience, from room allocation to service and dining, was utterly disappointing! It's definitely not worth the price. Thumbs down! I've also shared my experience with all my friends, and I will never be coming back!

不知道為什麼這個前台給我的感覺很不舒服，辦入住的時候我問他wif密碼和名稱的時候他來一句這邊牌子有你這邊不會自己看嘛這話是咋説出來的，按照消防規定房間裏沒有消防急救用品，枕芯有污染，晚班那個小姐姐還挺好很不舒服，房間裏的洗髮液一看就不是原裝是後灌的就是個瓶子總體來説住的很次但是晚班前台小姐姐服務很好我出來玩別用那勢利眼瞅人

也許是酒店開的太久的緣故了，房間設施都太老了，馬桶窗簾都是普通的，衞生間的玻璃也是壞的，對於一個住慣智能酒店的人來説有點不習慣，衞生還不錯，暖氣很好，馬路邊很吵。主打一個性價比很高

前台服務人員熱情好客，有問必答，絲毫沒有不耐心，有兩位女士給我留下了非常深刻的印象，服務走心不應付，全心身投入服務中，特別親切（一個住酒店附近，一個染了金棕色頭髮）酒店打掃房間的有位大姐人也很好，大方熱情。
