Hotel was very accommodating, free parking, offered me to park in VIP on the last day to leave in the morning earlier. Recpetion were very polite on greeting me and didnt have to have much interaction after due to everything being smooth with the hotel experience throughout my stay. Location is solid with it being a 5 minute walk to the coffee shops which lead into the old town/Hadrians gate, another 5-10 minutes and youll be in the town centre area and the old bazaar or the marina so its ideal if this is where you want to explore. Hotel room was very large, huge bed, shower and bath which was high quality. Breakfast was good with many options to choose from especially the pastries. Gym facilities are very good for a hotel and the views from the hotel are great from the outdoor pool, dining area and the deck which is layered all the way down to the sea front. Would definitely book a hotel with Ramada Plaza again if back in Antalya.

Everything about our stay was excellent. We returned to akra for our anniversary celebrations, akra being aware of this looked after us and our occasion everday.from decorating our room to gifts of drinks ,cakes,and a keepsake gift was left in our room on different days,the hospitality was 10/10 both times,starting from the location to staff and all the facilities the hotel has to offer was absolutely amazing.the firness area as well as the spa sauna ans swim was a real treat at the end of our day.the hotel maintans its high promised standards.we loved it again if im third time lucky to visit antalya, akra would defo be my place to stay,the location is perfect,within reach of everything a tourist would need..booked up and stay.im sure you will have the same to say.

We have stayed 4 nights in total in a circuit. The design of the rooms in the middle of the mezzanine with a glass lift is original but the disappointment comes from the more than sad decoration of the room: brown tones to kaki, dark wood, rather aging and from another era. The bathroom is functional but our wasn't clean: traces on the door, dirty floor, gross mirror cut off and in the room the refrigerator doesn't cool. For the restaurant, the buffets are correct when there are planned groups ( a large group of Asians for two days so a buffet at dinner and breakfast very rich and varied but on the 3rd day when they were left, One meat in sauce offered with rice and white beans, defreshed inlet salads (it was the few remains ) and one dessert : parts of cake ( the oranges were in addition ). We make a 3-star rating thanks to the buffets of the first two days but otherwise it would be much less ... In Turkey you will have the choice of other 5-star real hotels !

Must ask for sea view room 1708 is amazing🤩🤩 The view is in one word amazing waking up to the sunrise and watching the clouds and mountains meet and have breakfast by seaside and walk down the steps to the beach its simply amazing. Breakfast for 2 of the 3 days we stayed was served which was not as good as the self serve buffet. Location is close to the bus station where u can get to the old city. My advise get a ride to the nearest tram station thats more reliable or pick route with several bus alternatives since they dont arrive on time as shown on google.

The location is great, 7 minutes walk to Mark Mall and 15 mintues to old town. The furniture is new and nicely designed, very modern. Not a 5 stars service, the staff that supposed to help carry your luggage arent present all times. The room cards dont work every time you leave the hotel and you have to charge it at reception. The cleaning lady didnt clean the room properly, dont provide complimentary accomdation properly something is missing every day, sometimes a towel, sometimes soap, One toilet paper for 3 adults a day is not enough, lol we bought from the supermarket!!!! The room floor is dirty and the toilet is not cleaned properly. The complimentary kits are provided for two not 3, we have the deluxe room, extra charged and still get everything for two people not 3, we have complained about this since day 1 and each day since we arrived nothing changes! Breakfast ends at 10:30, is very nice, the hotel receptionists are polite and helpful especially Ceren and Kerem. The hotel itself is great, I would love to stay here again but the cleaning issue is a big thing for me the level of cleansing has to be upgraded, they tide the bed but forget to clean the floor!!!!!!! Insane.

Great hotel with great facilities, lovely views and decent breakfast. Rooms are very weird decor but clean and had everything you'll need. Usual extremely high priced mini bar as well, including chilled condoms. We opted for a sea view which is well worth it as the view was great. The revolving part is pretty small so while more expensive, you'll only get a view half the time as it'll turn to face the hotel, in my opinion not worth it. Breakfast selection was good (if you like sweet pastry like me, watch out for them mislabeling the apple pastry as cheese pastry, not pleasant), lots of fruit and hot and cold options. Coffee wasn't great but plenty of it anyway. Pool area was great, plenty of beds and didn't get overly busy. You can order food and drink (overpriced but I'll come back to that). There's also a cliff bathing area with a small bar. We didn't use it during the day but went down for sunset as it was a beautiful view and had a small seating area. Weirdly quiet at sunset but fine by us. Lots of beds down there but rocky and choppy sea, so didn't appeal to for swimming. You'd not be able to take small children in there either. There's a few restaurants around the hotel, the one opposite, zahtar, I'd recommend, great prices, great food and great service. There's also a small supermarket and a slightly bigger one just down the road. There are lockers and showers on the spa floor that you are free to use and very handy if you have a late departure as you can check out but use these facilities. Our only frustrations were as below but these wouldn't be major issues just thought I'd mention in case they affect anyone else. We arrived very early, 5 am, but didn't want to pay for early check in with us not wanting to actually sleep in the room then, they said the room would be ready at 11am, which would have been great, we asked to pay for breakfast which was 440TRY £22 which was a lot but it was fine as it was worth it for the convenience on the first day. We could relax in the dining area as it was vast with sofas and facilities, then relax by the pool. Someone came to inform us that the to would be ready for 9, we went up at 9, wasn't ready. It'll be ready in 30 minutes, 30 minutes later wasn't ready. Again told 30 minutes. We have it 45, went back and it was eventually ready. Pretty much at 11 like they'd said previously. The other frustration we had was by the pool. We'd bought crisps to have as a snack by the pool as they only offer bigger meals like sandwiches and wraps that we saw, no snacks. The first couple of days we were able up snack pretty openly by the pool. On the third day we'd bought a big bottle of coke to have and this was clearly a step to far as they told us we couldn't consume outside food by the pool. It's a bit of an archaic rule these days especially when they are charging a ridiculous markup for coke when there's a shop over the road. Please keep in mind covid has affected alot of hotels including this one so some facilities are closed like their fish restaurant and gym etc. The location is great as you can just walk straight down the road to old town and the tram tram is 4.50 turkish lira for one person per use so at the machine you can purchase a disposable ticket for 1.50 turkish lira and 9 Turkish lira. So from cender hotel you can take the tram straight through to the end to go to a beach. Cender has a beautiful view with the cliffs and just down the road is Lara fish restaurant. You are literally eating on the side of a cliff for seafood lovers. View is from the 6th floor to give a better understanding. Also cost effective considering they offer breakfast and dinner.

Otelden bikaç saat önce ayrıldım. Aslında düne kadar iyi yorum yapmayı düşündüğüm fakat dünden sora fikrimi değiştiren işletme. Gelin sebebini size yaşadıklarıyla birlikte anlatayım ve sizde biraz bilgi sahibi olun. Aylar öncesinden sadece 1 gün İçin rezervasyon yaptığım bir oteldi. Özellikle otoparkı olduğu İçin ve Antalya merkezinde olduğu İçin tercih ettim.Ben ve kız arkadaşım adına 2 kişilik rezervasyon yaptığımızı söyleyip otele giriş yaptım. 506 TL ödemiştim internetten sadece bir gece için. Resepsiyon daki arkadaşa fiyatı sorduğumda bana 400 TL olduğunu söyledi. Bundan çok rahatsız olmadım çünkü oteli aramayıp internetten rezervasyon yapmak benim tercihimdi. Ertesi sabah arkadaşımla bir gün daha kalmaya karar verdik. Bu defa fiyatı sorduğumda bize daha yüksek fiyat verdiler. Sebebini sorduğumda ise diğer arkadaşlarının fiyatları bilmediğini beni yalnız kaldığımı düşündüğünü söylediler. Ben bu fiyatı veremem dediğimde ise size daha önceki fiyattan yardımcı olabiliriz dediler. Hala otoparkı ve yakın olduğunu düşündüğümüz İçin kabul edip 2 günlük daha rezervasyon yaptım. Son günü de Antalya da geçirip şehirden öyle ayrılacaktık. Buraya kadar bir sorun yaşamadık. Taki dün son gecemizi bu işletmede geçirene kadar. Otele gidiş yaptığımızda otoparkın dolu olduğunu gördük. Resepsiyon da ge bir arkadaş vardı daha önce de gördüğüm ona otoparkı sorduğumda yardımcı olamayacağını orada yeni işe başladığını bizim kendimiz yer bulmamız gerektiğini söyledi. Bizde öyle yaptık. Biraz yürüyüş yapıp otele döndüğümüzde otopark alanının boş olduğunu gördük aracımızı oraya aldık be odamıza geçtik . Yaklaşık 1 saat sonra odamızdaki sabit telefonla arandık. İşletmenin sahibi olduğunu düşündüğümüz arkadaş bana aracımın yerini değiştirmem gerektiğini başka bir misafirinin otele giriş yapacağını söyledi . Orada yanlızca 1 araçlık park yeri olduğu İçin ben değiştiremeyeceğimi sabah erken çıkacağımı söyledim. Aracımın anahtarını istedi fakat araç kiralık olduğu İçin veremeyeceğimi söyledim. Önce yumuşak bir şekilde yardımcı olmaya çalıştığını söyledi ama inan bana orada 2 araç İçin alan yok. Ben ısrarla istemediğimi söyleyince tehtitvari bir tabırla eğer biri otoparkın önüne araç koyarsa geç kalırsınız işletmemiz bu konuda sorumlu değildir diyerek üste çıkmaya çalıştı. Ben böyle bir durumla karşıtsam ve sabah uçağıma yatişemezsem sorun değil ama yaşadığım herşeyi gerekli yerlere çekinmeden yazarım dediğimde ise benimle polemiğe giremeyeceğini söyleyerek telefonu suratıma kapattı. Sonuç olarak sabah uyanıp penceremden baktığımda aracımın arkasında bir araç vardı. Ama neyseki hiç bir yere geç kalmadım ben inince aracı oradan kaldırmışlardı. Sonuç olarak sizi tercih eden insanlara bu şekilde davranmanız hiç etik değil çünkü orada olan herkes sizin misafiriniz olmalı ve eşit standartlarda olmalı. Ayrıca da şunu belirtmeden edemeyeceğim son kaldığımız odanın yerleri temizlenmemişti.

Super, nettes und flexibles Personal, sprechen gutes Englisch, sind sehr entspannt, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Um die Ecke sofort einen Zugang im wunderschönes Wasser. Super gut zum Schwimmen sogar noch im November 24° an der Stelle. Liegt direkt hinter dem Luxushotel Perge, welchen Beach Mann mit benutzen kann Für 500 Lire. Ruhig und sicher, liegt direkt am Park neben der Altstadt. Auch für Mädchen sicher, auch nachts.

We loved our 8 days staying here, really superb! Staff are helpful & welcoming, the pool is delicious, daily breakfast was excellent and our room (triple) was quiet & clean, what more could you want? There are many excellent dining options within a 10minute stroll, tram is just 100m away and same for buses which travel along the coast in both directions, super easy
