Very good location. Near to every tourist attractions. 10/10 for its location. Need to improve on cleanliness. Okay-ish on that. Staffs are good , helpful. Good for price.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of a commercial district. I'm giving an extra star for the staff because they kindly allowed us to check in early. Other than that, the room had quite a few issues. Out of six light bulbs, only one worked properly; the others constantly flickered. It was a real nuisance – too dark with them off, but annoying flickering with them on. The room door couldn't be locked from the inside and kept beeping. The refrigerator was very dirty and smelly, rendering it unusable. The wardrobe couldn't be opened, making it very difficult to store or retrieve items. The comforter had cigarette burn holes. The air conditioner's vents were broken, so it could only blow air in one direction. Contrary to what was advertised online, toiletries were not provided. If you can tolerate all these issues, then by all means, stay here. The most unacceptable issues for us were the lights and the door. The other issues were manageable, but the lights constantly flickered and the door kept beeping. We reported these problems two or three times, but nothing was done, or they simply told us they couldn't fix them.

No proper hospitality service. Room door was not working. No amenities. breakfast is only for name sake.

Overall the location was perfect but the Ammeneties and mainy thing WIFi was very slow and sometimes doesn’t work at all.

Great location The room picture is not the same as the real room. Faculties in the room are quite old Free unlimited drinking water and hot water throughout the stay. 24 Hrs. Counter service There are CCTV in the common area for security concern Shampoo and extra towels can be asked at the counter No soap provided. No daily cleaning, they cleaned my room after day days

Overall, I'm very satisfied; it offers great value for money! The owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient for transportation. While breakfast was basic, it was quite affordable. Areas for improvement include the outdated bathroom facilities, which are in need of renovation.

The hotel was very well located near the Old Town. The female receptionist on arrival was very welcoming and helpful. That's where the positives end. The room was very basic, not large enough to access the far side of the bed or window. Unfortunately nothing electrical was in working condition, such as air conditioning, TV, fridge, bedside lamp. Breakfast time was fixed. Very little choice of food, bread, eggs, cheese, salad. No fruit or cake. Electric coffee machine was permanently broken down. I don't drink tea so there was a problem. Tiny lounge/ waiting area, only accommodating 6 people.

Located just a 10 minute walk to the old town and 5 minutes to a large shopping mall. The tram to/from the airport is also just a 5 minute walk away. Breakfast buffet was traditional unfortunately only with instant coffee. The room was ok for the price.

Not bad for a stopover. Tram from airport has a stop 5 minutes away, early morning - taxi roughly 15 euro back. Good WIFI connection. However - would not recommend to elderly people, since if you get the 3rd floor rooms- there is no elevator and you shall climb the steep stairs. For the young - lively street near with some restaurants

Hotel is in a perfect location and located centrally in ATL. Hotel is basic and does the job for a short stay in the city.

The workers were super kind and nice to us English visitors, and were especially considerate to our language barrier BUT this place wasn’t a 4 star hotel in the slightest. Our hotel room flooded from our shower due to blocked pipes, having hot water was a gamble everyday, all the towels smelt like mildew, everything also just seemed dirty, wires were sticking out from the ceiling from old light fixtures, they don’t serve lunch or dinner but don’t provide services to even heat up lunch or dinner you’re to buy for yourself. The place is okay, if you’re only staying for a singular night, other than that, really not worth the stay unfortunately.

The hotel is quite dated. In my room, the bathroom door wouldn't close properly, and there was no kettle or complimentary water provided. The toilet flush button was also broken, and the room itself was very small. On the positive side, the location was excellent, right next to a pedestrian street.

Good location, walkable distance to old cities. But some bad smell in room and the amenities are very basic.
