We arrived at the hotel very early, around 9 AM due to an early flight. We were immediately given our all-inclusive bracelets and invited to have breakfast. After eating, the reception staff asked us to wait a bit, mentioning they might be able to check us in earlier than the official 2 PM time. Just before 12 PM, they called us to the reception and gave us our room keys. We are very grateful for this early check-in.
The food is excellent. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners offer a huge variety of dishes for everyone. You can also get a good snack right at the aquapark. The aquapark itself is nice, and the entertainment team is active—we especially liked the water football they encouraged guests to play.
The alcoholic drinks and cocktails are good and completely not watered down, which is a massive plus.
Logistics to the beach are very convenient. There is a shuttle bus, and at the beach, you will find a small bar with food, plus a staff member who helps you find available sunbeds. If you prefer walking, the beach is just a short distance away.
The room cleaning service was great. A special thank you to our cleaner, Nezahat, for the beautiful towel art on our bed.
The entire staff is very polite, friendly, and always ready to help. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel. The price-to-quality ratio completely exceeded our expectations.
