City House Hotel

The hotel is centrally located, very close to the old town and the tram stop. The staff is pleasant and helpful when you speak to them. The room is clean but in need of some renovation. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. Cons: There was no hot water, and the room was chilly despite the air conditioning. In winter, when the outside temperature is only 12 degrees Celsius, the room doesn't heat up well.

I loved the hotel! I bought my ticket on trip.com; a room for a family of four cost 3,300 rubles per night. The location was very convenient. We took the local tram from the airport (we asked the locals to pay for our ticket, as we needed a public transport card and only had Turkish lira). There are plenty of grocery stores and cafes nearby, the prices are reasonable, and there's a gorgeous promenade nearby, and a clean pebble beach is a 20-minute walk away.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, the stated 500 meters to the sea is correct, but the beach is 7 bus stops from the hotel. A tram stop and a grocery store are nearby. Check-in did not go very smoothly, the woman at the reception speaks and understands only Turkish. When we came to check in, she talked on the phone non-stop for 10 minutes, then gave us a key to a room for three people, although our reservation was for four. When we did not agree with her, she called some man and he told me in Russian to look at the photos of the room I booked. I showed the photos, we argued for a long time, in the end she checked us into a room according to our reservation for four. The room is clean, renovated, the bed linen is clean, without stains, there is air conditioning, slippers, shampoo, shower gel, kettle, refrigerator, tired towels. There is a kind of shared kitchen, but the administrator said that you can not cook there, you can just sit and smoke.
