Aska Lara Resort & Spa Hotel

Great hotel, I will most likely come back when it's hotter. The pool water was too cold for me. My kids loved the kids club, they had lots of activities like face painting, t-shirt making & pizza making. I was unaware that the sauna and steam room in the spa were free of charge. What I didn't like there was always a 15min queue for Starbucks, getting used to the times facilities open and close was pretty annoying, there are 8 or 9 different opening/closing times. The food needs more seasoning; there's a lot of choice, but it's bland. The Wet ' N Wild area has the best food.

We stayed at Aska Lara Resort & Spa and had a really nice time. The food was very good with lots of choice, and there was always something to eat and drink, even if you missed a meal. It felt a bit like being on a cruise. We went at the end of April and the weather was warm and pleasant. It was also good value for money. The water park was great fun and one of the best parts of the trip. Overall, a very good all-inclusive hotel where you can relax and not worry about anything.

Food choices limited as we arrived just before summer season but overall good for a family looking for an all inclusive deal. Quite far from Antalya city.

TERRIBLE Customer service! So many issues don’t even know where to start, first of all we booked for couple honeymoon. Upon entering the room we see it’s a twin setup, inter connecting doors where noises keep coming constantly, sink faucet runs extreme hot water beyond touchable at night, deadlock on the door doesn’t work. We checked in around 9 pm so cba to complain about all that, just told them to make it king by joining and they did but funny part is keeps moving and creates gap which defeats the whole purpose of joining it in the first place. Next day afternoon I talked to the receptionist (Asian lady with glasses) she goes we can’t do room change today, come back tomorrow 9 am and let us know and come down again at 2 pm so we can switch . Oh well I didn’t plan this holiday for you to schedule my day. I didn’t bother and left it as it is. But last night of my stay there was drunk couple next door they made it unbearable to the point I felt like leaving the hotel 1 in the morning. Took them around 2 hours to handle the yelling, slamming the doors and banging. Another major cons: That specific area you can’t call for uber, and taxi’s an extortion!
