Prima Hotel

When we arrived at the prima there was no room available and we had to stay at the royal hotel which was filthy but being exhausted we had to sleep. We were supposed to be picked up by 11.00 no one turned up, at 11.30 we got picked up but was told our room wasnt ready until after 12.00pm so we asked if there was anything to eat or drink as we hadnt eaten since the evening before, we were sent down to the restuarant, there was no milk, stewed tea, and to eat all that was there was bread so we had bread and water, should have realised then the food and drinks were not in an edible condition. We went to look for the beach wasnt there only a sheer cliff, spoke to the woman behind the desk she wasnt interested. The rep never turned up when he was expected. We ate the evening meal once on the first night and it was disgusting and inedible no choices at all, so we didnt eat there any more although we had booked half board. The description on teletext is completely wrong, no beach, no garden, no disco, my partner and i felt bad for the people that had booked all incusive as there was no afternoon tea, they were having problems getting drinks being told they could only have 1 drink at a time. This place is disgusting do not go there no matter how cheap it is the turkish people who run this hovel are not very friendly, if it wasnt for the other brits who were there i think we would have left early. I am surprised that they are allowed to advertise holidays that do not meet with the desription that given on the advert, does no one go and check these places, if thats the case then the travel agents should give back our money as they sold us something that it wasnt. I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE

this is a hotel from hell, do not even try and go there. No beaches within a 10 mile radius, had to catch bus there. Pool is very small, more than six in it and its full. Room at least clean, food diabolical, no drinks at any one time. Always ran out of drink even water, tea was in the pot for the whole 2 weeks - very stewed. No ice from bar and no cold water to drink at any time of the day or night. The all inclusive list that is advertised only had about 3 items on it, the rest was not available, tried talking to Manager but he was not very helpful. This should only be 1 star at the most, didnt offer a selection of foods, it was take it or leave it and no puddings except watermelon for the whole 2 weeks.

Stayed at this hotel at the begining of August, having booked several last minute "cheap and cheerful" holidays you expect your holiday to be a litte rough around the edges but my god we were in for a shock. Please do your research before heading to this hotel. There is no beach unless you use the free mini bus service which takes 25mins to the beach and you have to pay for beds etc. The hotel itself needs a damm good clean, there is a new and an old building and staff seem to try and place everyone in the old building and if they complain then you get moved to the new building. The staff are not helpful whatsoever and nobody speak a word of English so if you do encounter any problems your are not likely to have them resolved unless your speak Turkish or Russian - thats the other thing the hotel is full of Russians and beware of them at meals times!!!!!

we booked this hotel as part of a low rate vecation, guessıng we won't stay there, but took the chance. took us one night to leave the hotel. the main problem is the dirt. nothing is clean. when we came to check out we found the room exactly as we left it 3 days before. shower ıs small, no bath, and no shower curtains, but this could be OK if ıt was clean. the food is not good, and eating in a dirty dining room makes it even worse. water in the meals will cost you extra money.

I stayed seven days in the Prima with my wife and 12 year old daughter. It was OK, but no more. Specifically, we were disappointed that the beach advertised on the hotel website dosnt exist, and the nearest access to the sea is by paying 40YTL per day per person to the next-door Hotel Club Falcon to enjoy their all- inclusive services and walk down 130+ steps to the platform at the base of the cliff! The rooms are very basic and could do with a scrub. Food was acceptable but nothing special. Guests on the all inclusive tarrif were most annoyed by the very frequent occasions when the one beer tap in the hotel mysteriously run dry! I'd happily return to Antalya, but not to the Prima!

My overall experience was fantastic. The beds were really comfortable, with must have air conditioner was also working perfectly against Antalyas annoying warm air and the staff were always helpful and smiling, making my stay even more enjoyable

Very helpful and polite staff, always the case with Turkish people, very accommodating and always willing to help if needed! Would love to stay in the Summer when it is in full swing too

Booked 20 days, could carry it just 4 days there out. Had to book other hotel, though I couldn’t get my money back, what I paid for this terrible hotel. They should give their license back. They have no knowledge how to keep the hotel and treat guests. Offer rooms with the sea view, but they don’t have it. No Wi-Fi in the room, which was in the offer also. Ants in the room. Breakfast very poor. The hotel management has allows itself to insult guests. No respect for the guests, who brings them salary. Shame on you! Absolut no go. I don’t recommend. I travel a lot. the worst hotel I've ever seen
