Stunning room view !! Amazing breakfast options !

Hotel is really nice and rooms are very clean and modern. Close to the beach and lots of shops/restaurants nearby 🇹🇷❤️

A wonderful hotel with a beautiful view from the window, we took a room with a balcony. The air conditioning works well, the mattresses are comfortable. Nice interior, pleasant smell inside the hotel. At the reception they gave a discount for dinner at the restaurant where breakfast is served. Very large portions and delicious food, excellent service. Breakfast is good, but no fruit. We arrived early and went to the beach in front of the hotel. We had a great time while waiting to check in

Breakfast is poor, the interior is pleasant, the hotel is a little shabby, the mattresses are very childish.

Excellent hotel! We rented 2 nights after the new year for 1350 TRY! The room was Deluxe with a sea view and a large balcony! The apartments are very clean. The cleaning is excellent. Perhaps some repairs are needed, but everything works as it should, and they are cleaned very well. Good breakfasts by Turkish standards, varied and everything fresh! Yes, the coffee is instant, but there is a coffee shop right in the hotel so there is no problem with that. Separately, I would like to say that the guys at the front desk are super cool and kind! You are cool))) the only pity was that the TV was not smart and you couldn’t connect your Netflix)) The hotel is really cool for the money I paid, thank you)))

Good hotel, nice staff. The elevator broke once during our stay. In the room itself there is a large distance between the floor and the door, because of this you can hear the corridor. Beautiful rooms and public spaces.

There is NO non-smoking rooms. So, all of them smell cigarettes. There is an ash-tray in each room(I’ve been in three). The smell is on bed, furniture, curtains. There is nothing you can do about it. It just smells like people have been smoking there for months.

Horrible customer service. You pay too much but they refuse to refund you. The pictures and ho They can just enter your room. It happend 2 x times in the evening during a 7 dya stay. When you see the photos and the hotel in real life, you think you are in a different hotel. Very outdated, bad mattress, not clean, smell,... These are scammers on a financial level by overcharging, not paying back an agreed refund and on a visual level, the photos do not correspond to reality.

Hotel what it looks in the pictures is not what is in reality. Rooms were small but clean we had no view from the window so can't comment on that. Parking was limited due to the parking lot shared by a night club. Conveniently located by the beach. Free breakfast was awful it was in partnership with the restaurant which is under the hotel the servers were rude and unpleasant, felt like they were forced to work there.

Horrible customer service. They don’t seem to understand the meaning of customer care. The staff is hopeless and the lady manager is very unhelpful and rude. Be careful the key cards they give you can open other rooms as well. Not secure at all. Avoid at all cost.

Amazing location and very clean hotel! Welcoming staff and just across from the beach. Wonderful eateries nearby and a good lively place to be. The hotel service is very good, the place is renovated and very tastefully decorated. I loved the color theme for each floor! The hotel restaurant is excellent! 5-star service and delicious seafood as well as very attentive and friendly staff. You can see that they take pride in their work and very rightfully so!

For a hotel of this level, missing basic things like Do Not Disturb signs for the door, no iron, no extra pillows, poor breakfast facilities, one very outdated lift. Shame the pool and gym was out of use. Although spa facilities were good we encountered a very rude spa staff member. We also had to ask for hand soap in the bathroom to be refilled and also toilet paper. The last morning we also had to shower with cold water as no hot water available in our room. Another annoying thing was having to log in to the WIFI every single time we came back to the hotel or even when phone/device not in use for a period of time. Unfortunately the building work that was going on meant noise from around 8am and one night there was drilling up until around 9pm! The side sea view rooms are pointless as need to make too much of an effort to see it. And not a proper balcony, literally just a door with railings as you open it. Will say the hotel reception were really nice and helpful. The spa facilities were good minus that staff member. Nice decor but rooms could do with a small revamp as things starting to look worn and tired. Could be great place if minor things sorted and building work over. Great location with beach right across the road. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Bus services easy to use, we used them to go to old town.
