The lady at check in was very amazing. Although there was no stairs but she fully helped us take our luggage upstairs she lifted more than us! Even on the way down I think she heard me bringing the luggage down she came up and bought it down for our check out. Very nice and kind lady Room was very good clean - only thing no warm water. We booked the big vip room with balcony very nice. AC helped us bear the heat

Hotel is almost new, but services were not good. 2 star hotel

My wife and I decided to visit Lisburn for some Christmas Shopping and opted to have lunch at the Haslem before starting on the shops. Went in around 12.00 and asked Reception if they were serving food. On being directed to the Restaurant we were met by a member of staff who asked if we had booked a table. There was only one other person in the whole Restaurant but on saying we had not pre-booked the waitress let out a very audible sigh and then went to check the bookings. As I said there was nobody else in the Restaurant but the waitress came back and pointed to the table nearest the entrance and then left. After about 10 minutes nobody even asked us if we wanted a drink, starters or any kind of food. Both my wife and I, seeing that we were not going to be served, put on our coats and left. I reported the incident to the Manager who, while saying that he would deal with it, didn't even ask our names or details. We both walked back to our car and drove to Belfast where we had a lovely lunch at Ten Square. Needless to say it will be a long time before we go shopping in Lisburn again.

It was nice place but no lift going up and down to top floor was hard specially with luggage

Small and clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff who were always available. Good location and easy to reach by public transportation. The room was small and clean. Disadvantages: The biggest problem was the hot water. They told me to keep the tap opened for five minutes to get hot water, this was not true. The water is always lukewarm. The other two problems were the smoke smell and sound coming from the next room and were not supportable. Rooms are not enough isolated.

There was no lift and our room was located on the second floor so it was difficult to move the luggages all the way to the second floor using stairs. Also the room was not very big and there was stain on the bed linen and duvet covers
