Nice and helpful staff; clean, cozy and spacious room; comfortable environment. Near the bar, a bit noisy at night, but will stop after 01:00. In general, also highly recommended!

We absolutely loved it!! Everything was perfection!!! We only stayed for one night but would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommended!

I had a very enjoyable time at this hotel. It was very clean and private. The staff was friendly and hospitable and it is centrally located in the old town of Antalya. I would stay here again! I will definitely tell my friends to stay here if they have the chance.

Hotel is well located, nice decoration, nice environment; everything is great in terms of ambiance! HOWEVER, there used to be by far the worst hotel service I have ever experienced: Only one bottle of water on the day of arrival! No bottled; no water kettle! If you want water? Yeah, you need to “order it”! Ok, then we bought the bottled water ourselves, the cleaning service even took the cups away!!! Only one cup( for tooth brush) in the room. What? We need to order the cups now?? Or you want to me to drink out of the bottle?? One of the hotel stuff was quite arrogant , when we asked for something, he just said “I don’t have anything “! Fine, it is perfectly ok if you don’t havey, BUT IT IS YOUR JOB to try to help!!! I don’t need a boss to give me instructions when I book a hotel!!!

Central location, cute cats, nice room, has very good warm / hot water for shower in winter , but the air con doesn’t work well. Overall still love this place:))

Great service and nice environment. Had all the amenities you need and location the heart of the old city where a morming stroll brought me to many tourist spots.

AC kept turning on automatically even though I turned it off, and no tissues in tissue box provided. Location is great, very clean, good size rooms and helpful staff

Here’s a petition to stay away from RuinAdalia(atleast if you are an international traveller) We travelled across Turkey and most of the hotels we stayed in were excellent in service except this one. Location is in the old town, and if you are travelling from abroad with luggage(s) you are better taking a sea-front accommodation. This will save you few hundred dollars, plus you don’t have to drag your bags on cobbled streets within a labyrinth. Additionally RuinAdalia will most likely give you a room next to the street so the night sleep is going to be nonexistent. The saving grace? It looks pretty but if you arrive without bags after dinner you will most likely be rudely stopped by the staff(blatant liars too) who I guess prefer the pounds splurging tourists. And then although the rooms are decent but for the price you pay which is easily 2 times more than the hotels nearby, there is not basic amenities for you. Everything is commercial trying to squeeze you out of your money. There’s no iron in your room coz obviously then you have to use the laundry service. No hot water kettle too coz obviously you need to buy from the cafe. No drinking water too. Look elsewhere if you want to have a peaceful stay in Antalya. Wish we knew better, never coming back.

The hotel is located in the historical district of Kalec in the old city of Antalya. The only problem with the hotel is that because it is located in an old street, cars cannot drive close to it. The handsome hotel guy helped us carry our luggage when we entered and exited.

Inside the ancient city, it is convenient for drinking and entertainment. Parking is a bit difficult. The hotel has its own small parking lot that can accommodate three cars.

There was a smell of detergent that wouldn't go away. The room was not the type shown in the pictures. There was mineral water and fruit, but no coffee machine or cups. The people staying there were messy. The Indians were also very noisy. The fat guy with tattoos all over his body was scary.

The room smelled musty. I booked a deluxe room, but the room I stayed in only had a small window in the shade, so the lighting was very poor. There are so many rooms with good lighting in the hotel, it is impossible that all of them are deluxe rooms or above. If nothing unexpected happens, this is discrimination against Asians. The same room type was given to white people in a good room on the second floor. The attitude towards Asians was very bad. I was so angry.

Because this hotel is in the old city, it is very noisy on the street at night, not very suitable for rest. The bedding is very bad, and the quilt feels uncomfortable and not soft. The attitude of the staff is OK. The advantage is that the hotel is really beautiful, and there are ruins under the hotel that can be visited. If you need quiet to sleep like me, you have to consider it.
