This is a great hotel for families with children – there’s plenty for kids to enjoy and the atmosphere is very family-oriented. However, if you’re an adult looking for a quiet or more mature environment, this may not be the best choice, as most guests are families and there are lots of children around. The food was good with a decent variety, everything was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I would not recommend this hotel it is an extremely dirty hotel. Everything is unclean. We booked for 3 nights with my kids; we left the 2nd day. The lady at the reception was extremely rude. When I asked for the manager she said you have to wait for him. Then the rooms were dirty bathrooms have bad smell. The switches and taps are dirty. There’s dust everywhere. I would never go back there. Stay Away. Extremely disappointed. It’s a mistake to even think off booking there .

Wonderful kremlin palace hotel 👌 👏 The hotel is above my expectations, it's really all inclusive hotel, everything was perfect, the staff , lobby, swimming pools, rooms , foods ,drinks I have no negative points for this hotel
