The location was ok, not far from centre but also not close to loudness. Room had a very old and loud AC and fridge. Felt a bit grim too, needs some freshening up!

Beyza, who worked at the reception, and her father were very interested in every issue, thank you. They found solutions to everything we needed. I wish all employees were like them. There is also a retired uncle named Üçer who works at the reception at night. He doesn't find a solution to your problem or request, then he turns you down, scolds you, gets into verbal fights, and uses insulting sentences. If you have a problem, you should definitely not ask him for help. The location of the hotel is very good, you can reach Kaleiçi in two minutes. The streets are safe and decent people live there. You can walk comfortably day and night. If you have a car, there is a parking problem. There is a smell coming from the toilet drains. There are no ventilation windows or ventilation devices. Having an elevator is a good plus. Pillows are not comfortable. Everyone was very understanding except the receptionist named Üçer. I gave the service a low rating because of this person.

We moved to a double room after staying in a triple room and were very disappointed with the smell of cigarettes from the ventilation. The receptionist informed that there are no other rooms available. It was impossible to turn on the air conditioning, and there was also a terrible smell of cigarettes. The room was not clean enough upon check in. There was also hair on the pillows under the pillowcases. Good design, comfortable shower. The breakfasts are good. Nice view of the mountains. There is an elevator. Excellent hotel location for living in the center.

Stayed here many, many, times, with my husband, and wouldn't go anywhere else but!!, last year I was so disappointed, as service etc, has really gone down.Whats going on, re breakfast, a very small tray, with a few things, and paper cups , and plastic spoons etc.plus the powder milk.also no daily room cleaning, big mistake!. They have everything going for it, as its in a great part of the city, and very central for everywhere, even on the door stop of the lovely park, trams buses etc. I think, the owner, should sit down with some advisers, and get back to running a good hotel again, or it will go the same way, a near neighbouring hotel, being filthy, because of lack of cleaning.I must point out, that some of the good reviews, are very old, and doesn't apply to the hotel today.as the lovely receptionist, Hulya, has been away for quite a few years.

Lovely stuff, with a great location close to the city centre and a short walk to get a view of the sea.

The pictures you see when browsing ******* is far from reality. I guess they were taken 15 years ago. Everything is old and weared. Hot water finishes fast. Door is not locked properly. Personel blame on something else. I didn't like it. I don't recommend it.

The smell of the bathroom was awful. Everything is very old.

Very good location.Nice room.Quiet.Very cosy bed.But thin walls,you can hear everything of what other guests doing).Friendly staff.Good for spending couple of nights.Good internet connection.
