The best hotel in the capital. If you're hesitant to try other places, just stay here. All your needs will be met.

I can confidently say that this is probably one of the best hotels in Madagascar. I've stayed in other hotels, so I have a basis for comparison. The service here truly feels high-level, and the staff are incredibly attentive and professional. Of course, Madagascar itself is a country with its own unique characteristics, but this hotel left the most pleasant impression.

I was told this was the best hotel in town, but it was awful. When I arrived, they told me the suite I had paid for in advance was unavailable, and they would put me in a junior suite without a bathtub. I had to make a scene. They gave me a dinner voucher, but it turned out to be the worst meal I had in Madagascar. Check-in took two hours instead of the promised hour and a half. The room was bad, with a view of the slums. The air conditioning barely worked, and the windows wouldn't open.

The hotel environment is excellent, clean, hygienic, and luxurious.
