The hotel provides free airport pick-up and drop-off, which made my arrival and departure seamless. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was comfortable and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant stay. One highlight of my stay was the breakfast. It was one of the best buffets I’ve had in years, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The selection was impressive and catered to all tastes. Overall, I highly recommend Relais des Plateaux for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially if you appreciate a top-notch breakfast!"

"I arrived at midnight and check in took a bit long. The room has 2 twin beds and sitting area. There is a small fridge and hot water pot. Bathroom amenities consist of bathe gel and shampoo, no conditioner. My room has a view of the city and looks down at the Analakely market. Complimentary breakfast is not bad but not special either. The hotel restaurant also serves lunch and dinner. There is a pool, stean room, spa and fitness equipment. There are restaurants nearby. I recommend the L'Orient Asian Fusion Restaurant, good food and great presentation. It's 2 minutes on the same street of the hotel. Overall I like the hotel and would stay here again."
