Extremely noisy room (606), hidden charges (resort fee $15 for things I was not informed up front nor did I use or enjoy in any way). This is "!robo a mano armada" will no return to this hotel as a guest

Amazing hotel, however, staff at front desk not helpful when check inn, never provide me with the WiFi access information and gave me a room for people who are in wheelchairs

This hotel was spectacular! It was luxury at its best hidden in the heart of Antigua. The beds were comfortable, rooms spacious, staff courteous and helpful. The grounds were immaculate and clean yet keeping with the rustic style of Antigua. You get your money’s worth! And you feel safe and well accommodated.

Excellent property in perfect condition. We enjoyed the ambience and friendly staff as well as the large jacuzzi after a day of sightseeing. We will be back.

It was a beautiful property but at 9:00 AM on our second day construction started on the roof directly over our rooms. It was unbearable!!!!! Hammering, drilling. Totally unacceptable and no warning.

Very upscale (and pricey). Had an issue with a noisy neighbor. Front desk didn't seem to want to help. No pool.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were amazing. It’s was an amazing experience and will be remembered. We will be back soon.

I hosted a large group and the hotel staff and facilites were excellent. The gym machinery could use servicing. Otherwise I would highly recommend the hotel while visiting Antigua.

Hands down the best and most luxurious hotel in Antigua. Everything was top notch from the service to the comfort of the rooms. Upon arrival I was upgraded to a suite, and it was an amazing suite. The only thing I would recommend improving is the WiFi in the rooms. It was sometimes very slow or wouldn’t work. Other than that everything about this hotel was great and made my vacation relaxing. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone traveling to Antigua.

A beautiful hotel with all of the old world Guatemalan charm. Service is excellent. It is just a lovely hotel.
